Villa Kovaceva Bay

Villa Kovaceva is the perfect house for a dream vacation. The house is located on the southern side of the island Pasman with a wonderful view of the National Park Kornati. The value of the house is given by its exceptional position with the beach and safe port for your boat(up to 10 m). The house is a 110 square meters with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a bedroom,living room,kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor. There is also a private parking for several cars.

Old family house

We rent upper floor of our house. That is space of 80 square metres. Inside is oldfashioned furniture. There is a big open space (terrace) on one side of the apartment and balcony on the other side.In the evening there is advantage to sit and relax on the terace and observe the night sky full of stars. From the balcony you have nice view to the sea. Parking place is in the front of the house. If you have a bike you can keep it on a safe place. Tkon is a quiet and safe place.

The villa is surrounded by pure nature, next-door neighbor is 2 km away, so you will experience the real peace of heaven. House is ideal for relaxation and romantic getaway from reality. House is completely new and well equipped. On request we can organize all necessary equipment for digital nomads ( working office chair, monitor, wifi mouse, keypad...)

These three stone houses named after small islands in front of the bay (Duzac, Muntan and Cavatul) are located in the middle of the Adriatic coast on island Pasman. They are fully equiped for family vacation with capacity of 4 + 1 persons. With 40 square meters inside there are two bedrooms (master and childs with bunk bed), two bathrooms, kitchen and living room (with sleeping couch). Outside, on the 40 square meters covered terrace is also kitchen with grill.
