Ein super schönes und kühles Häuschen. Der Strand direkt vor der Tür und sehr ruhig gelegen. Dennoch ist es nicht weit um Einkäufe zu erledigen und Essen zu gehen. Marija ist immer da und hilft gerne weiter. Alles perfekt und ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Our host was great. Very friendly. You wouldn’t know they were underneath you. The house was spotless. Larger than expected and lots of places to hide, sit and chase the weather. Very clean, everything you need is there. Little welcoming gestures were on the table when we arrived. It was a very close walk to the ferry and into the town. We would definitely go back.

Das Apartment war super schön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns wirklich gefühlt als würden wir dort wohnen. Aber besonders hervorzuheben ist die unglaublich tolle Gastfreundschaft von Ljerka. Super umsorgend aber ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. So ein lieber Mensch. Hat uns mit einer Aufmerksamkeit empfangen und uns einen Abend sogar Schokoladen Crêpes vorbei gebracht. Es war einfach perfekt und wir sind sehr dankbar.

Our stay in Croatia was simply wonderful! The accommodation was fantastic – quiet, very clean, and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making our stay really enjoyable. We especially loved the veranda, where we could have breakfast outside in the mornings and enjoy the great weather. Our host Marko was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided us with lots of useful information about local sights and gave great tips. Communication was easy, and he took excellent care of us during our stay. A real highlight was the amazing view and the location right by the sea. It was incredibly convenient to just walk out of the house, cross the street, and be swimming in the Adriatic Sea. We would gladly come back anytime!

Sanja is a great host and the place is perfectly clean. It's a cosy place right next to the sea. My mom and I were very happy with it 😊

Nika Marias kleines Haus ist gemütlich und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, Elternpaar u Tochter, und ein kleiner Hund. Das war perfekt. Die Küche war besonders gut und modern ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas wenig Arbeitsfläche, kleiner Esstisch. In Fußnähe am Strand sind zwei tolle Restaurants - Taverna (Reservier. nötig) und Niko (äußerst zuvorkommende u fröhlichfreundliche Bedienung) - was uns gerne aufs Kochen verzichten ließ. Nika Maria kontaktierte uns immer zeitgerecht, um uns nötige Informationen zukommen zu lassen und reagierte sehr flott und zuvorkommend auf Nachfragen unsererseits. Sie sorgte mit ihrer herzlichen Art dafür, dass wir uns gut entspannen konnten. Wir genossen ein paar tolle Strandtage am türkisfarbenen und glasklaren Meer. Die Innenstadt ist sogar ohne Auto erreichbar, da der Bus direkt von Diklo wegfährt, der bis lang in die Nacht fährt, was das mühsame Parkplatz Suchen im schönen Zentrum Zadars erspart. 🫶

Incredible view, right on the water and can hear the waves all night. The house was as described, welcoming and helpful hosts. We were sad the jacuzzi wasn’t working but otherwise had a great stay!

We had an amazing time in the house. It looks even better than on the pictures. It's very clean, has all you need to feel at home. Pool was great. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. They left some welcome soft drinks, biscuits and fruits which was a nice touch.Thank you very much Marta and Family!

Der Aufenthalt in Kali bei Tina war richtig schön. Wir haben den Ausblick der Terrasse sehr genossen und konnten die Umgebung gut zu Fuß erkunden. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr tollen Zustand und auch der Kontakt zu Tina war sehr unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank! :)

Great location right by the sea. There is a bar nearby to watch the sunset from and local shops and bakery are also a very short distance away. Diklo is a chilled area away from the main bustle of Zadar, our visit was out of holiday season so can't comment on what it would be like during the summer. The rental is a great size, with 2 spacious bedrooms and a generous balcony looking out to sea. Bathroom is clean and new, kitchen is small but functional for a holiday stay. Would recommend.

Zlata is een ontzettend lieve gastvrouw die je meteen thuis laat voelen. De tuin is prachtig en het huis straalt een authentieke, persoonlijke sfeer uit. Verwacht hier geen steriel vakantiehuis, maar een plek met karakter. Kleine onvolkomenheden horen daarbij, maar dat maakt het juist charmant. Het uitzicht is schitterend, en je bent zo bij de zee. Tijdens ons verblijf was het olijvenoogsttijd, en Zlata’s zoon Igor gaf ons verse olijven om zelf klaar te maken in de oven. Heerlijk! Ze maken zelfs hun eigen olijfolie, die we mochten proeven. Er was helaas wat overlast door bouwwerkzaamheden naast het huis en de weg voor het huis was drukker dan verwacht. Toch zijn de zee, de oude stad en het eiland Ugljan perfecte plekken om tot rust te komen. Een verblijf vol warmte en persoonlijke aandacht!

Martina's apartment was a great choice for our stay in Zadar. It's 2 min away from the sea and small beach and about 15 min easy drive to Zadar's old town. There are some restaurants walking distance and also small supermarket. Apartment is located on the groudnfloor of the big house. Martina and her family live upstairs and there are also some other apartments to rent on the top floor. But in this apartment you have a lot of privacy, as it is located in the back of the house. You also have your own tarrace there and small garden. The place is spacius and nicely decorated. Martina's family is super nice and very helpful. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming, the garden was beautiful with olive and citrus trees and often the only sound was the Crickets. The pool was outstanding and shared with two other apartments , most of the time we had it to ourselves. We had a car so did lots of exploring to Zadar old town and the National Parks. We loved it. Dragan and his family made it very special.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit idealer Lage zum Strand. Eigentümer Dino war sehr freundlich und schnell verfügbar. Toni war telefonisch immer erreichbar! Alles top und ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Kann es nur empfehlen

Wir hatten einen sehr schön Urlaub. Ana und Ihre Mutter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön zum verweilen. Die 20m zum Meer stimmen. (nicht nachgemessen müsste aber hinkommen) . Preis Leistung ist super. Einen schönen Strandabschnitt für Kinder gibt es auch! Ana kann euch da bestimmt ein Tipp geben.😉

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Strávili jsme v apartmánu u Lovreho 2 týdny a byla to ta nejkrásnější dovolená, jakou jsme zažili (a to jsme cestovali s dvěma malými a někdy dost náladovými dětmi). Apartmán je výborně řešený, s klimatizací (což jsme teď v červenci opravdu uvítali), s výhledem na moře a zahrádkou. Poskytuje dost soukromí a klidu, ale zároveň jste za 5 min v restauraci či na pláži. Kali můžeme jen doporučit - ideální pro poklidnou, ale ne nudnou dovolenou. Má restaurace, kavárny i velký obchod, 2 městské pláže i bar. Ale hlavně žádné turistické pasti:) A kdyby vám chybělo větší město, na trajekt do Zadaru můžete během 30min dojít i pěšky (autem to ale stihnete za 5 min). Nejkrásnější je ale pláž Blue bay za městem, kam můžete přijet i na kole, a kterou nám právě Lovre doporučil - stejně jako další místa. Lovre je skvělý hostitel - díky němu jsme se cítili jako bychom byli místní. Moc děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou!

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Děkujeme za skvělou dovolenou v Kožinu, v moc hezkém a útulném ubytování, s možností procházek podél pobžeží a výběrem mnoha míst ke koupání. Stephanie reagovala na zprávy ihned a vyřešila vše co jsme potřebovali. Mohu jen doporučit.

Cornelis was an incredibly friendly host who responded to my messages very quickly. He even went above and beyond by fulfilling a personal request and arranging flowers for my wife at our accommodation, as it was her birthday when we arrived. He was always available to help with any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

The place was lovely. Had the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. Private and quiet the best location for a perfect vacation.

Bardzo polecam to mieszkanie. Idealne dla 2 osob , miasteczko Diklo położone jest 15 min jazdy od centrum Zadaru, można się do niego łatwo dostać rowerem,które oferuje Filip, autobusem który znajduje się 5 min od mieszkania oraz uberem za 7-8€. Okolica bardzo spokojna, Filip oraz jego mama bardzo gościnni i mili ludzie 😊. Polecam☺️.
