Tolle Unterkunft, Blick aufs Meer mit allem was man braucht.(stand-up) Toll für Kinder jedoch ohne Auto eher schwer umher zu kommen. Rezeption meist offen und sehr hilfsbereit.

We waren met een groep vrienden van 6 personen en hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Hans is een super gastheer; vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De airco werkte goed en de voorzieningen in het huis/appartement waren top. Hans heeft een prachtige tuin waar we gebruik van konden maken, daarbij hadden we ook nog onze eigen terrassen. De auto kon voor de deur staan en we zaten op ca 100 meter van het strand waar we elke dag een verkoelende duik hebben genomen. de accommodatie was op loopafstand van Murter (en Bettina) waar we elke dag heerlijk hebben gegeten. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf Hans! En tot weer ziens :)

È stata una vacanza bellissima e speriamo di ritornare! Abbiamo viaggiato in 4 persone, due adulti e due bambini più due cani. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e gentile, la comunicazione con Veronika sempre disponibile e gentile. I suoi genitori ci hanno accompagnato all’alloggio, spiegato tutto e regalato una bottiglia di vino! Grazie! La casa è bellissima, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Anche due bagni con doccia calda. I cani potevano stare in piena libertà e la parte esterna è molto sicura. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto il bellissimo portico, per aperitivi e cene all’aperto. C’è una vista bellissima sulle Kornati! Il caminetto favoloso! Il mare a 10 minuti a piedi, un sentiero un po’ stretto e ripido che portava ad una spiaggia con roccia, fondali molto belli. Insomma, un posto meraviglioso per stare in piena tranquillità, lontani dalla confusione ma in piena sicurezza. Contiamo di ritornare!

What a beautiful location with picturesque views, the sound of the ocean at your doorstep and a peaceful surrounding to put your feet up and relax. The villa was very cozy and provided us with everything that we needed during our stay. Waking up in the morning with the view and sound of the ocean was definitely a highlight, and our boys loved going out in search of sea shells every morning. Definitely a great for the whole family. It was not easy to say goodbye, but we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Had an amazing stay, 2 beaches only 5 minutes walk from the villa, supermarket near by. Great host who responded quickly and was really helpful. Would 100% recommend

You HAVE to make this your place to stay in Biograd. The villa is perfect - large pool, well equipped kitchen, all bedrooms have private bathrooms, comfortable lounge area, lots of outdoor seating, an amazing poolside room with further cooking facilities and large dining table. On top of all this there is a sauna and absolutely everything you need to have a luxurious stay in beautiful Croatia. Danijela is the perfect host. She was very responsive, met us on arrival and departure and provided a lovely welcome pack of food and drinks along with some local treats. The apartment is in a perfect location for a stroll to the town where there are cosy restaurants and bars and shops. The location of the apartment is really peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle but not isolated. Definitely recommend the water park which is a 10 minute taxi ride away and Zadar which is a really pretty place with lots to visit, the sea organ is a must!! Thank you Danijela

The house is very nice and modern. There were also little extras, like drinks, with no additional charge. There are no other houses around and it is very quiet. You need a car to get around.

Wir kamen am Nachmittag in Murter an. Davor hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns unseren Parkplatz und das Haus gezeigt. Zum Parkplatz gelangt man durch eine kleine Gasse zwischen den Häusern. Das Haus: Es war alles so schön, wie wir es von den Bildern her erwartet hatten. Tolle und geschmackvolle Ausstattung mit allem, was man zum Leben/Kochen braucht. Der Pool ist herrlich, ca. 2,50x2,50 m groß und etwa 1,50 m tief. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, in einer kleinen Einbahnstraße im Wohngebiet von Murter. 10-15 min Fußweg in den Ortskern mit schönem kleinen Hafen, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Markt (morgens) und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 5-10 min am nächsten großen Supermarkt. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind super; Badebuchten mit Kiesel und Felsen, türkisklares Wasser, herrlich zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln (Badeschuhe!). Tipp: Davors Restaurant besuchen (50m vom Haus entfernt). Herrliche Terrasse, leckeres Essen, wunderbare Atmosphäre. Wir kommen wieder!

We hebben een zeer goede tijd gehad in het huis van Gordan. Zalig genieten in het zwembad en onder de patio. Met de wagen zijn winkels, de kust, zagreb,... Vlot bereikbaar. Een aanrader!

We spent a fabulous 6 days in Ankica's house in Biograd. The pool and garden are so well kept, clean and perfect. The house itself is clean and has everything you need, we had more than enough room for 7 people. A huge plus and hit with the kids was a basket for basketball and enough space for playing with the ball. The house is close to an adventure parc, and Dalmaland aqua- and amusement parc. Biograd has a surprising number of good restaurants and large beach area. Ankica is a superb and responsive host and communication was a pleasure.

bij aankomst erg vriendelijk onthaald met een zelfgemaakt drankje. de eigenaar was behulpzaam en gaf uitleg over het eiland en de mooiste plekjes. we mochten vijgen en druiven plukken zoveel we wilden ook. de Studio had voldoende ruimte en voorzieningen voor ons, beetje verouderd maar wij maken daar geen probleem van. de lokatie is super, op wandel afstand van winkels, diverse stranden en restaurants. het zwembad is zeer aangenaam en zeker groot genoeg, er is ook een veilig gedeelte voor kleinere kinderen. de eigenaar is voldoende aanwezig, vriendelijk en zeker niet storend. het was ook opvallend dat er geen muggen waren. topvakantie

Sehr schönes Apartment mit einem unglaublichen Blick aufs Meer und einem wunderschönen Garten. Vor allem das große Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet.
