Wszystko znakomicie i zgodnie z opisem. Betina to przyjemna mała miejscowość, jak dla mnie idealna, jeżeli mówimy o Chorwackim wybrzeżu. Dzieciom bardzo podobała się marina za oknem oraz wieczorne występy na placu przed domem.

Clean and comfortable apartment for a family of three (and more). Close to the seaside. The nearest beach has a blue flag. Many places to eat around. Definitely recommend this place and a host!

Gospođa Ada je topla, pristupačna i dostupna za sva pitanja i savjete. Apartman je besprijekorno čist i ima apsolutno sve što vam treba. Lokacija je uz more, a okolina je mirna i tiha. Ima dovoljno mjesta za parkiranje i automobil je dio dana u sjeni. Do centra mjesta treba 5 minuta pješice, kao i do trgovine, kafića i restorana. Mjesto je idealno za miran odmor. Svakako ćemo se vratiti opet!

Velmi prostorný a čistý apartmán hned u moře. Dvě koupelny jsou ideální. Na pláži k dispozici lehátka. Velmi klidné prostředí. V noci ticho. 10 min. pěšky do centra města.

Extremely high quality, modern, apartment in the heart of the old town with fantastic views and loads of space on the balcony. We Had plenty of sunset dinners! The AC was a massive bonus and the massive TV with huge sofas was used by the kids. We would highly recommend this apartment and we would love to come back! The beaches are 5 minuets walk and the old town is just outside the front door. Biograd is a lovely place to relax and do day trips from. Thank you for having us Denis 🙏😊

Wir waren sehr zufrieden ! Nach einem herzlichen Willkommen konnten wir direkt in die Wohnung. Alles sauber und auch an jede Kleinigkeit (besonders Küchengeräte, wie Pürierstab, viele Töpfe, Auflaufformen, Gas-Elektroherd, Eiswürfelform, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine wie auch benötigte Waschmittel) wurde gedacht. Alle Fenster haben Mückenschutz, Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer und Klima für die restliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt- Danke auch nochmal für den leckeren Wein, den lokalen Schnaps und die Zitronen aus dem Garten. Wir werden, wenn sich dje Möglichkeit ergibt gerne wiederkommen ! Große Empfehlung :)

Esperienza ottima. Eravamo tre persone e due cani. Abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana e avevamo noleggiato una piccola barca a Butina con cui abbiamo girato il parco della Kornati.Bartol ci è venuto a prendere al porto di morter dove ha caricato noi, le nostre valige e trainato la nostra barca fino alla casa. È bene portare tutti i viveri e acqua che si pensa consumare poiché non ci sono market nelle vicinanze. Il ristorante più vicino per un pranzo fuori era la konoba statival e si raggiunge in una mezz’oretta con mare calmo. Pescando pesci e ricci di mare abbiamo sempre mangiato pesce fresco cucinato sul bbq. C’è anche un amichevole gruppetto di gatti che abbiamo sfamato con teste di pesce e crocchette. Nei pressi della casa l’acqua è bellissima, perciò anche se non poteste spostarvi avrete soddisfazione nel godervi quella zona. L’isola di Zut non è quasi percorribile perché non ci sono sentieri tracciati. Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di vedere e delfini. Grazie bartol!!!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, in einem verwunschenen Garten mit Steinhäuschen, das aber innen keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sauber, modern, gut ausgestattet, tolle Versorgung mit Wasser und Strom, überall Heizkörper, wenn es einmal doch zu kalt wird, wir waren im April, ideal im Sommer, weil man überall schattige Plätzchen findet. Internet, wer es braucht, superschnell. Zu empfehlen sind die Mountainbikes, die von der Familie zu mieten sind, man ist in 10 Minuten in Murter, wo es alles zu kaufen gibt. Aber vor allem kann man fast überall die Insel am Meer umrunden. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Ein Dankeschön der Familie, wo alle im Einsatz sind für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Gastgeber reagierten schnell auf unsere Anfragen. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr angenehm. Das Haus selbst hatte einen modernen und persönlichen Charme – es war super ausgestattet, sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Self-Check-in/out war ebenfalls sehr einfach. Ein Highlight war die große Terrasse. Sie war schön und modern gestaltet und bot genügend Platz für unsere Gruppe von 6 Personen. Auch der Grill auf der Terrasse war super. Die Nähe zum Wasser war unschlagbar! In weniger als einer Minute ist man am Strand. Für die alltäglichen Erledigungen (z. B. Einkäufe) ist ein Auto jedoch empfehlenswert. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass wir eine wundervolle Zeit im Ahoi Haus hatten. Alles war sauber, bestens ausgestattet und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Gastgeber haben an alles gedacht, um unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

We had a very wonderful time. If there would be an outdoor shower and some pool ladder or stairs to get into the water it would really be 100% perfect. The restaurant next door is just great, nice, competent staff and great food for very reasonable prices. Would book again.

Mare ist eine super sympathische fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und ihr Vater war so lieb und hat das Gepäck mit dem Boot zum Haus gebracht. Während Mare mir den Parkplatz und Weg zum Haus gezeigt hat. Das Haus sieht 1:1 aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft.

A wonderful spot! We have very much enjoyed the quiet place, staying mostly in the lovely garden, going swimming, snorkeling, exploring the islands around us on the SUP. The sea is directly in front of the garden, there's not even a path in front, just stones and maybe 5-10 people passing by per day. Even though there are a bunch of other similar houses next to it, you'll have your privacy, and your own little pier. On the sea it can get quite busy though - in the mornings after 9:30 and in the evenings after 5pm there are a lot of boats passing by, also some larger and loud motor boats. If you swim over to the island, better go early or in the evenings - after 7pm it gets super quiet and we have experienced wonderful sunsets. Pašman is a much more visited island than Dugi Otok and we found the east side not really worth to visit, but on this spot and on the whole west side of the island, you'll find tranquility. There's everything in the kitchen and Marijana & Nela were very kind!

Ce lieu est magique ! Le logement est au coeur d'un champ d'oliviers, en pleine campagne, très calme. Il y a un accès privé à l'immense lac avec une vue vraiment incroyable. C'est encore préservé, on n'y voit que la nature. Les levers de soleil y dessine un ciel magnifique. La région est très belle aussi. C'est vraiment un lieu idéal pour se poser au milieu de la nature au calme. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. Luka est très réactif et a fait en sorte que tout se passe bien pour nous. Je recommande vivement !

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

Przepiekne miejsce z cudownym widokiem na Zadar i pobliskie wyspy. Mieszkanie czyste, gustownie urządzone na wysokim standardzie. Jacuzzi do dyspozycji przez cały czas. Przemiła Pani Marina, która dbała o nasz komfort każdego dnia. Wypożyczalnia rowerów tuż obok. Cudowne miejsce na relaks dla każdego.

Je recommande à 100%! L’appartement était parfait, très bien situé, beau et propre. La terrasse sur le toit était très agréable et bien qu’elle soit partagée, nous n’y avons croisé personne d’autre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hôte, qui a été proactif, nous a fait de nombreuses recommandations pour les activités et les restaurants dans la ville selon nos goûts. La communication avec lui était facile et fluide. Les petites attentions laissées dans l’appartement pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée nous ont tout de suite fait sentir que nous étions les bienvenus.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est très lumineux et la terrasse est très agréable lorsque le soleil est là. La communication avec Luka était très fluide et il a toujours répondu très rapidement à mes messages. Nous n'étions pas préparées au réveil à 6h30 avec les cloches de l'église tous les matins. Cela surprend les premiers jours. Nous avons pu visiter tous les sites que nous voulions malgré un temps mitigé. Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Je recommande.

To miejsce jest dokładnie tym czego szukasz jadąc do Chorwacji. Blisko plaża, piekarnia, restauracja, jednocześnie brak miejskiego zgiełku. Pani gospodarz jest bardzo miła, pomocna i łatwo się z nią porozumieć. Apartamenty na wysokim poziomie, sprawiają jeszcze lepsze wrażenie na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Myślę, że wrócę w najbliższych latach!

Cornelis was an incredibly friendly host who responded to my messages very quickly. He even went above and beyond by fulfilling a personal request and arranging flowers for my wife at our accommodation, as it was her birthday when we arrived. He was always available to help with any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
