Cindy was a wonderful host, communicating promptly to any questions we had. Check-in was a breeze and the condo included all amenities needed for a stress-free beach getaway. Would definitely be returning guests!

Let me start by saying the home is located in the heart of Jacksonville NC. The view is truly amazing! I felt safe, relax and at home. The home is equipped with everything that I needed. Melinda is a gem, she reached out with me a few times during my stay to make sure that I’m ok and have everything that I needed and also informed me the day she spotted dolphins were passing by. Love this place. Thank you Melinda for sharing your beautiful place.

The hostess was very responsive and the house was beautiful. I highly recommend it. It was a beautiful trip to this house, which overlooks the beach.

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

Christi was very quick when it came to communicating and did so very clearly, ran into zero issues and my money was well spent with her as my host. The place was very cozy and felt like home. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful view! The place is as described, although the site does not have an “indoor” pool - it is more of a covered outdoor pool. Aarrr Grill and Bar was in the same building with great staff, drinks, and food. Unfortunately we had an issue with the 2nd bathroom toilet and could not use it for most of our stay. Close to Surf City and some excellent restaurants (Madison’s and Splash by the Sea). Fairly private area and not much to do except relax and enjoy the scenery and the beach, which is what we enjoyed the most. Would definitely come back.

Orville was a great host. We asked about fishing. Not only did he bring us some lures but he also cut down some limbs to make for easier casting. So nice. Tim caught a nice size bass on the second cast!

We were nicely surprised by how stocked with gadgets and spices the kitchen was as well as with a lot of necessities such as paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products… Gorgeous view

the neighborhood was populated but quiet and we felt safe at all times. This home was perfect for us and my sons family, they had the upstairs and we all had plenty of space and privacy and a nice fenced in backyard. We had everything we needed plus more. Jaquelyn was very easy to work with.

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

This place was perfect for my wife and our dogs! Beachfront location is amazing! Updated, beautiful & fully stocked kitchen was helpful. Host was extremely responsive, very timely and answered all our questions. We will definitely look into staying here again!

This place was perfect for my 3 boys and I. Very accommodating and had literally everything you would need! I loved the fancy bows that were made with towels! The decor was very cute and unique! I loved it all! The beds and the couch were very comfortable. I felt like I was at home! It was very easy to find, and less than minutes away from the main roads but still in a very quiet location along with a private back yard with many trees, which would be perfect for hot summer days to lounge and relax. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back! Ps.. it’s only 30 minutes from Emerald Isle beaches!!!

Good morning, I want to thank Janet for the stay I had at her house with my family, for all her good information and the ease of entering and enjoying her house.

Our stay was great! The place was beautiful and clean. The beach itself was beautiful and pretty private. This is a great place if you want a relaxing, calm vacation. There aren’t many shopping areas, but there are some great restaurants around, especially Smash City Burgers!! Even with rain some days it was still the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The only downside, which is no fault of the owner, the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud. This could just be from our stay, but it didn’t stop us from having a great week!

Rachel's place is a very nice place to stay. It was very clean, and the linens provided were a plus! The photos do not do it justice, it is much brighter. Rachel responded very quick. This is one of the nicer places we have stayed in at St. Regis!

We enjoyed our stay at Alyssa’s studio condo! I’ve been staying at Villa Capriani for the past few years in different units and this one was the best stocked by far. Alyssa is a great host and provides you with everything you need from linens, towels, snacks, and even left prosecco in the fridge for us! The unit is nice, quaint, clean, and conveniently located near the Splash by the Sea restaurant on the premises. We could hear a bit of noise from the restaurant’s kitchen when in the bathroom, but we were not affected by being so close to the restaurant overall. The view from the patio was still nice with the palm trees in the courtyard despite being on the 1st floor and not having an ocean view, so we enjoyed the patio as well. I highly recommend Alyssa’s unit and would definitely stay there again!

Had a great stay a Gina’s. Sitting on the back deck listening to the ocean was a little slice of heaven. Would definitely stay again.

Loved staying here in this slice of paradise!!!! Exactly what I need to recharge my mom batteries!!! The community is really nice and welcoming as well . Felt at peace the whole trip.

The condo was in a great location relative to the beach. The stay had everything that we needed including some beach items! Angela was very responsive and an amazing host!

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. It was exactly as described and pictured. I’d say even better. Jim has really thought of the little details, such as phone chargers, water in the fridge, and some beginning toiletries. The beach was fantastic and so close. Location is prime. Right in Surf city close to everything. Can’t wait to come back.
