We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay. Our family loved the space, the layout, and all the room to put things - lots of closets and dressers. The laundry machines were also very helpful. The kitchen has everything you need plus some. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit and relax. The location is ideal for Kiwanis Park, shops, and getting to the beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful view! The place is as described, although the site does not have an “indoor” pool - it is more of a covered outdoor pool. Aarrr Grill and Bar was in the same building with great staff, drinks, and food. Unfortunately we had an issue with the 2nd bathroom toilet and could not use it for most of our stay. Close to Surf City and some excellent restaurants (Madison’s and Splash by the Sea). Fairly private area and not much to do except relax and enjoy the scenery and the beach, which is what we enjoyed the most. Would definitely come back.

Orville was a great host. We asked about fishing. Not only did he bring us some lures but he also cut down some limbs to make for easier casting. So nice. Tim caught a nice size bass on the second cast!

This place was perfect for my 3 boys and I. Very accommodating and had literally everything you would need! I loved the fancy bows that were made with towels! The decor was very cute and unique! I loved it all! The beds and the couch were very comfortable. I felt like I was at home! It was very easy to find, and less than minutes away from the main roads but still in a very quiet location along with a private back yard with many trees, which would be perfect for hot summer days to lounge and relax. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back! Ps.. it’s only 30 minutes from Emerald Isle beaches!!!

Love staying with Jennifer! Her places are always clean and she is great at communicating. I will always stay at her places if they are available as they are always very clean and cozy places. The river view is amazing at the Shoreline location! I highly recommend staying at any if her locations!!

The home was beautiful, the beds and couches where comfortable. The house was in amazing condition.

I appreciate Owen’s quick responses and flexibility, had an issue with neighbors in 407 about parking, but other than that the stay was very convenient for me to get to work.

We had a short, but wonderful stay at Bikini Bottom and a great experience working with Brinnan. If you’re going to North Topsail, I highly recommend Bikini Bottom. The unit was well appointed, the view was wonderful and the access to the beach was easy. We’ve stayed at a number of Airbnb’s before and this felt like a high end rental with all the amenities you need for a trip to the beach and time away. And Brinnan was a terrific host. We hope to visit Bikini Bottom again!

So incredibly grateful to have found this property! My friend and I decided to get away for a girls weekend, and we could not have picked a better place than this. Not only was the condo beautiful and homey, the view from the balcony was unmatched, especially during sunrise and sunset!! The host recommended a few local places to try and we were not disappointed. We will absolutely be booking again, and recommending it to our friends and family. Thanks again Tony and Kimmy! :)

For our vacation trip we had 5 adults, 3 kids and a baby and we absolutely loved our stay here! It is a great spot! Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of space for us all. We would definitely stay here again. The balcony has a good view of the ocean and the pier. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Navigating the resort was easy. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. We had everything we needed for our time here. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. They also enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and playing by the ocean. It was so beautiful You have to try the restaurant here too, it is so good, we all loved our food. We had a prefect vacation! Thank you so much for opening your place, we hope to visit again.

Joshua’s place is amazing! It’s quaint but roomy at the same time. The views of the back porch are amazing. The sounds of the water crashing on the shore as you open the patio door is like a dream. We arrived at 5:30 am to a beautiful sunrise with orange skies and hues of pink, purple and blue. It was the most spectacular welcoming. I would definitely stay at Joshua’s place again on my next visit Jacksonville.
