This unit is on the third floor and requires the use of stairs. From the condo you are a less than a 5 minute walk to the beach via multiple beach access points. You are also within walking distance of the bay side of the island where there are many restaurants, bars, and family friendly activities.

It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...).
