Historic Discovery Bay Beach Cabin Stunning Views

Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

The bedroom features bunk beds (perfect for little ones) while the loft features a mid-century modern Queen bed for the grown-ups. Basic kayaks, inflatables, and life jackets are provided! Enjoy the peace & serenity of a quiet, non-motorized little lake in the woods in a classic, vintage A-Frame!

There are 5 acres of mountain and sea views, extensive Japanese gardens, ponds, fir and cedar groves. This is a peaceful place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). National Forest and Park trails are ten minutes away.
