Ana was kind, responsive, and gracious. Her home is very cute and well-located. I much appreciated her hospitality and would certainly stay here again.

La villa es preciosa y definitivamente en una zona muy tranquila y aislada. Ideal para disfrutar con familia o amigos. El anfitrión estuvo muy atento a todo. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas. El acceso es un poco complicado porque el camino no está asfaltado y es cuesta arriba pero no es nada peligroso. Es genial, disfrutamos un monton!

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! I'll be coming very soon... thank you Tonka!

Wonderful stay, location was great, right in old town. Apartment was perfect, clean and modern. The hosts were wonderful, checking in and out was easy. Marie the house cleaner could not have been nicer, even doing our laundry for a small fee. Highly recommend staying here.

Parfait. Une chambre spacieuse, propre et agréable. Une jolie vue de la terrasse avec la piscine. Le petit déjeuné est très bon et le personnel accueillant et gentil. Je recommande 😉

Lovely, clean apartment in a peaceful location only minutes away on foot to the sea. Communication from the hosts was excellent from start to finish and the restaurant was really good. The poolside was lovely and the hot tub topped things off. We also had stunning views from the balcony. Buses were frequent and Uber taxis always only minutes away. One very minor point, the only mirror in the apartment was above the bathroom sink, a tall standing mirror would be beneficial. That said, there was one in the hallway of the apartment blocks we slipped out to use. Maybe see you next year! Thanks for having us!

Excellent accommodation, great location and views. A short distance from Dubrovnik. Close to beaches, bus stop and shops. Very nice pool and hot tub. Very helpful, informative and friendly staff. We'll be very happy to recommend Villa Babilon to out friends.

nous avons passé un séjour très agréable,l'hôtel est comme sur la description, la mer est accessible à pied. proche d'une pizzeria,petite superette et pharmacie à 5 min. j'ai apprécié particulièrement le personnel très aimable et très avenant,je les en remercie!! le petit dej est varié,très bon et surtout fait maison. voilà voila... c'était TOP😊

Great place to stay! Our room had everything we needed, lovely view from the balcony and excellent air conditioning. Petra was very friendly and gave us lots of information at check in. Appartment is good walking distance to old town, shops, boat marina and restaurants.

We’ve had a wonderful time. The apartment is just close to the ocean located. From the terrace you will have a wonderful view. The room is well equipped and the host was always available to help or answer questions.

Villa Perdini was a wonderful base for visiting Dubrovnik. The location, just outside the hustle and bustle of Old Town, cannot be beat. Gjivo was an excellent host; he was waiting at the Uber drop-off, provided an excellent breakfast each morning, and had great local reccomendations. There was a slight logistical mishap part way through, but Gjivo took care of everything and made sure that alternate arrangements could be made - he was truly above and beyond! Gjivo also made sure to see me off for my Uber to the port and had additional reccomendations for my next destination. Would absolutely stay here again next time I find myself in Dubrovnik!

We had the most lovely stay at Gjivo's, in great part due to our host's exemplary graciousness and helpfulness. We felt totally comfortable in his beautiful home..... the breakfasts he served us were delicious, our room was well appointed, the mattress and linens comfy, and the bathroom immaculate with great water pressure. Best of all, the gorgeous view from our window of the ocean and the old fort. Also, we appreciated how close we were to the old town, dining, shopping, easy access to tours and transportation. We had a very nice stay. The apartment was big and had everything we needed. When we had questions they immediately helped us out. Breakfast was included, however this was no buffet, it was simple but with chocolate croissants and an egg. So it was a nice extra! Bus stop was a short walk and took us to the center of Dubrovnik in around 30min.

Gjivo and his staff were absolutely wonderful in every way. We really felt that this place sets a high example of how the best accommodations should be. The property was so authentic and reminds you of the true beauty and history of Dubrovnik. The setting is peaceful with access to lovely private gardens with a view down towards the water and Pile Gate. It’s so conveniently located for a quick stroll in minutes right through Pile Gate into the Old City. After a full day exploring Dubrovnik, it’s so nice to retreat to this quiet, safe, clean, well maintained and peaceful spot. Gjivo is a humble gentleman yet has vast knowledge of the Croatian culture and will generously share valuable insights for a rewarding stay. Gjivo’s family represent true local Croatian culture at its finest while offering a 5 star experience in every way! We plan on returning to Dubrovnik soon and have already rebooked with Gjivo. Bravo to Gjivo, Marina and the entire staff!

This was one of the best Airbnb experience I had - felt more like a luxury hotel to be honest. New, premium furnishing, most comfy bed, top location in Dubrovnik and a host that helped with tips & recommendations day and night. Can recommend 100%!
