Two full baths Walkable to many shops including Bestsellers, our bookstore serving espresso drinks, beer, wine and cocktails. And The Vault Deli with gourmet sandwiches. The building was built in 1870 and renovated in 2016 for residential use with hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertop, and air conditioning.

This suite occupies approximately half of our spacious owner occupied MCM ranch home, offering a quiet and private experience with separate living areas. Enjoy the sunny lounge and hotel style kitchenette. 1,000 sq. ft. of living space, you'll have plenty of room to work, relax, or enjoy your time here in comfort.
