Close to the park and to the stores, so nicely located. Lots of towels. Very warm. It's on the 2nd floor. There's no lift but that was not a problem for us. That also means you get a great view of the park and canal.

We had a lovely few days visiting family. The accommodation met our needs and Moira provided lots of links to places to eat and taxis in the area. We were greeted with a welcome pack too!

Meine Frau und ich haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und sehr gemütlich eingerichtete. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr ruhig, da es ein bisschen abseits der Hauptstraße liegt. Declan und Bernie sind tolle Gastgeber und waren immer gut erreichbar wenn es Probleme gab. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für kurz und langfristige Aufenthalte

The room (or rather the apartment!) was very clean, in the style of the house which gives it all its charm. Very well signposted, the house is in the middle of nature... nothing better to enjoy Ireland! I highly recommend it!

JJ Place is perfect for a nice get away, ideally located close to Rathdowney, place was cosy, JJ had food in fridge and loads of other bits n bobs to get us started. it was immaculate clean and a lovely stove to keep us warm. full of turf and basket full also.

Right in the heart of things, this place is perfect. Clean and has everything you need and more, Marian's little extra touches made this stay a home away from home. Snacks, items for breakfast, towels, everything was there and it was immaculate. I couldnt recommend this place more. Thankyou Marian for the lovely stay.

From the moment I booked, Gerry answered every message lightning‑fast, which built instant trust and wiped out any planning stress. The address slotted perfectly into Google Maps, and the drive from Dublin Airport was a breeze: motorway and national roads nearly the whole way, then a two‑minute local lane that delivered us straight to his door. Gerry and his wife greeted us warmly, gave a thorough tour, and explained every feature so we could settle in immediately. Their attention to detail -fresh linens, local tips, even the Wi‑Fi code- was faultless. Best of all, Gerry pointed us to a short trail up the hill behind the house; ten minutes later we were surrounded by birdsong and sweeping countryside views that felt a world away from the city. If you value a super‑responsive host, hassle‑free logistics, and nature on your doorstep, book this place without hesitation.

Very nice place, clean and spotless, with a lot of space and perfect for two people. A little but noisy with the lories and cars passing in the street, but didn’t bother me much as I slept very well.

Very impressed with the host, provided easy details to check in, and very helpful. We had a really amazing stay in the place, it is very affordable, clean and comfortable , and we had access to everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be staying there again, and I highly recommend Foyin’s place.

Ray's place was just as described. Easy to walk to restaurants. Tesco, Lidl and Aldi very close by. Short walk to the canal. Very pet friendly.
