Absolutely brand new & quality built the studio has its own private entry with landscaped garden, outdoor shower & undercover patio. For a max 2 guests, the self contained studio space has a queen bed, kitchen (oven, cooktop & plenty of cupboard space), separate bathroom (with shower, toilet, vanity and laundry).
