Super séjour dans ce logement. Nicke est très réactif et très gentil. Le logement correspondait à la description et était d’une propreté impeccable. C’était un réel plaisir !

We stayed at the apartment for three months as a family of three. Adam was super helpful, and the apartment was ideally equipped and situated for the trip. The area is close to the metro and does not have many tourists. The apartment and building are new, well-kept and quiet. Adam helped us when we arrived and responded very quickly to questions. A superb stay at a great place with a wonderful host!

The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Perfect apartment for exploring Stockholm. Near public transportation and a beautiful shopping mall. We biked and jogged and found a wonderful public swimming pool.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Io e la nostra famiglia abbiamo amato soggiornare qui! l'appartamento era moderno, pulito, ben attrezzato e confortevole. La zona era tranquilla e c'erano molti negozi e supermercati vicino. Anita, è stata molto disponibile e reattiva. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a spostarci con i mezzi pubblici per Stoccolma. È stata una bella esperienza ci torneremo di sicuro, grazie per la vostra disponibilità!

Wir haben unser Wochenende in Kathrins Airbnb sehr genossen. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt! Die Lage ist top, um mit vielen Personen Stockholm zu erkundigen, aber trotzdem genug Platz zu haben.

Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind insbesondere für Familien ein Traum. Die Kinder haben viel Platz und Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen, während die Eltern entspannt auf der Terrasse oder im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer sitzen können. Von dort haben wir den Blick ins Grüne und auf die freundlichen Kühe von nebenan genossen 😁 Johannes hat uns gut mit Infos versorgt und schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Vielen Dank Johannes!

Fantastiskt boende lite utanför Nyköping. En grym värd som löste allt fantastiskt bra. Trevligt hus med många bekvämligheter, så absolut ett boende att rekommendera. Så full pott ( 10 av 10 ) På återseende

Elma’s place is just magical. Very quiet with a fantastic view over the lake. It was great for travel to Finspang & Norrkoping. Would def finally stay again if it’s available next time we visit the area. My wife fell in love with the place. The house is very well equipped with everything you could want and great wifi. Highly recommended.

Li was an amazing host, really accommodating and responsive to all we asked. She has a really beautiful home close to the grocery market, lake, and bus stop. We really enjoyed our stay there

Wir waren für 2 Nächte Stockholm-Trip bei Michael zu Gast und es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es war sehr idyllisch in der Natur gelegen und der Check-in war einfach und jederzeit möglich, weil man einfach selbst einchecken konnte. Michael war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben war auch eine Grundausstattung vorhanden, alles was man braucht gab es. Waschmaschine, ausgestattete Küche, sogar einen Reiskocher. Das Bett war nur 120cm, aber für uns war das nicht weiter ein Problem. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb in einem Dorf, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln braucht man etwa 45 bis 50 Minuten zur Stockholm Central Station. Allerdings fahren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel auch die ganze Nacht, also konnten wir auch fortgehen und jederzeit wieder zur Unterkunft zurückgelangen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Danke Michael für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wie die vorigen Male auch, war es wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Erik. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe sein, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Prachtige woning, voorzien van alle gemakken. Aan het einde van de straat is een schitterend wandelgebied rond een meer. met de honden ideaal. Toen wij er waren in februari werd er geschaatst op het meer. Loopafstand naar metro en trein is plm. 7 min. zeer goede verbinding met centrum Stockholm. Groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand plm. 10 min. Parkeren van de auto rond de woning is wel opletten. Aan de linkerzijde van de weg mag niet geparkeerd worden, oftewel tegen de rijrichting in, en blijf 10 meter uit de bocht. De woning is een mooi uitgangspunt om Stockholm en omgeving te verkennen.

Salut la communauté, Ici l’espace est certes petit mais ne vous y trompez pas il est fonctionnel. très bien équipé et acceuillant. parfait pour un séjour dans la capitale suédoise. J’y étais en hiver, pour les vacances de noël, l’appart' est bien chauffé. L’hôte répond vite. tout près du métro, quartier calme. une superette pas loin. bref, au TOP.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and cozy, just a short distance from the city. Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend.

l stayed with my teenage son for an event at the Stockholmsmässan. It was a 15-20 min walk so perfect for us. Slightly uphill going from the town to the house. Tania's place is a residential area, very quiet, pleasant walk. We even saw a hare and deer on the street which was surprising to us from the UK. We felt safe to walk back in the dark at night. Lovely, clean apartment. Nice hot shower, comfy bed. We found Tania to be very quick to respond to messages and she was very helpful.

Je suis restée dans l’appartement pendant 4 mois. Le logement est très bien situé, facile d’accès et très pratique.

Mooie grote vakantiewoning, zeer rustig gelegen in een mooie omgeving. Huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Fietsen voor de deur.

Beautiful, clean flat with excellent views of Stockholm. Bedroom was a bit hot so would recommend a fan. Host was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who visits Stockholm!

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.

Peter's penthouse was an absolute dream. The space is beautiful and so spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Also, having a washer and dryer was great for our group, as we were traveling and desperately needed to do laundry. The hot tub was the cherry on top of the stay, and it even snowed while we were there, creating the most magical background. We can't wait to return to Stockholm in the summer months!
