Lake front SunnySide Chalet is a perfect get away for couples or a small family. The yard is nice to play in and the docks are fun to jump off of. The chalet has most of everything you need, it is our home away from home! We are dog friendly, so the whole family can come! Hiawassee has much to offer- shopping, spas, movie theater, fine dining, water sports and Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Young Harris College is only 7 minutes away. Pickle ball courts and a free beach is only minutes away.

We are about 14 minutes to Downtown Blue Ridge where you can hop on the Scenic Railway to McCaysville and Copperhill, TN or enjoy shopping and dining. It is also 25 miles to the new casino in Murphy, NC. You’ll love the views, location and proximity to the lake. We'd be happy to host you and your family and friends. Beautifully renovated 2000 sq ft lakeside cottage has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms sleeping up to 8 people (6 adults max) and is dog friendly. We provide a Weber gas grill, a fully stocked kitchen, linens and bedding, Flat screen TV, fast WiFi and Seasonal water toys (2 tandem kayaks, 2 paddle board and lily pad, - Boat NOT included) *furnishings & bedding may change

Lake Nottely Vacation Rental, King Beds, Pontoon

Entire lower level of lakefront home with private cove and dock. The lake is your backyard. Space includes three bedrooms (two with king-size beds and one with two twin beds) a large great room with fireplace, pool table, theater room, dining area, small but well-equipped kitchenette, 12x60 covered patio. Gas grill with side burner. During the summer season, you can rent our pontoon boat for $250 a day. You will need to reserve it in advance to make sure it is available.
