Straw Clay Cabin on a Sustainable Farm

This Earthen house is made of sand, straw and clay. Nestled in a valley it is a peaceful and unique getaway. The cabin has four comfortable single beds and electricity, a wood stove for winter. Outside a fire pit and grill. A hand washing sink inside; and port-o-let toilet outside. You may be able to drive in (weather/road condition depending). We are licensed as a campground. please bring all of your needs, cooler, etc. Please arrive before dark. We are LGBTQ owned and operated. BIPOC welcome.

Country Living Cabin

Brush Creek Log Cabins is your perfect get away for couples or the whole family. If you are looking to relax, do some recreational activities like canoeing , bike riding, hiking, antiquing and Amish shopping or spend time with that special someone you can find it just a few hours from home. We are in between Ontario and Cashton, off of Hwy 33. Over looking the Amish farms below. There are fairs and festivals many with tractor pulls nearby. Warrens cranberry festival and the Dells are nearby.

Dorset Valley Trailside Inn

We are located in Wilton Wisconsin on Hwy 71 in the heart of Amish country. We have the Dorset Valley Schoolhouse Restaurant as well as Trailside Inn on the same old farmstead property. Also Barbershop/Salon attached to a Mercantile which is walking distance from the Inn. We are adjacent to the Sparta/Elroy bike trail & it’s historic railway tunnels. There is a peace stream right in the backyard. The house itself is decorated in a vintage decor which adds to the charm of this old farmhouse.

The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open concept dining/living room, large yard for activities and a usable two-car garage. ATV friendly roads, snowmobiling trails, and public hunting & fishing are all nearby. Enjoy the simple life in the country as long as you wish. Everyone is welcome!

Grapevine Log Cabins

Grapevine Log Cabins, based in Sparta WI, offers pet friendly cabin rentals on a family dairy farm. Amenities and activities include: a walking trail, bike trail, cows in pasture, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grills outside (there is no cooking in the cabins), Air Conditioning, Heat and firewood is supplied. Nearby activities include: canoeing, fishing, 4 wheeling, antiquing, and superb scenic sites. Pet Policy: Pets may stay with you for an extra $25 per pet/night.

Timber Creek Retreat

Timber Coulee Creek, a Class 1 trout stream, ripples right through the backyard. King size bed, roomy heated garage for your car. You will enjoy watching deer and turkey as they amble through the property. Bald eagles soar overhead and fish jump in the stream. Listen to the gurgle of the water flowing over the rocks and the music of the birds. Try your hand at fly fishing.
