Kick back and relax in this stylish, peaceful space. Located 15 minutes from town by car, the suite is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom built in 2023. The bedroom has a loft bed above the queen bed. The 3.7 acre property backs onto endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

Midnight Sun Cabin

You should have a vehicle to make the best of your Yukon adventure, If you’re not comfortable driving feel free to ask for suggestions. This cabin has a composting toilet and it is taller than a regular toilet, if you have concerns please advise before booking. Please do not turn off heating when you check out in winter. This cabin is located in our yard so you will see vehicles in the yard but it has a secluded deck. The wifi can be spotty. Pets are welcome as long as they are potty trained.

Bus stop is 100 ft away from the house. Host's house is next door making it very easy for you to reach them.

Located on the headwaters of the Yukon River, 2 kilometers from Alaska Highway, half hour drive to Whitehorse. The cabin faces Marsh Lake, where thousands of swans, ducks and other waterbirds congregate each spring. Gorgeous view of mountain peaks. Sandy beach and forest trails. Cabin is self sufficient, with an antique double bed, wood stove, and kitchenette- blue jug water system, small fridge and hotplate. Free wifi and dog friendly. A sweet outhouse in the woods.

Clean N cozy basement suite w/ private entrance located in Riverdale. Its 5 mins drive to hospital, 8 mins drive downtown and 15 mins drive to the airport. The suite can be access just by pressing the doorcode so you can conveniently check in anytime. Street Parking is available in FRONT of the house.
