Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Ma-Meaw cottage is surrounded by forest trees, vegetable plots and flower beds. We are located in the peaceful area where is around 2-3 kms from the center. Travel with your own transportation (car or motorbike) is highly recommended. Because our house is located amidst nature, it may be unavoidable where guests may encounter insects, ants, or small animals since we try not using chemicals for our safety.

This is a standalone sleepout with its own private bathroom, two single beds, microwave, kettle, utensils for preparing simple meals. Indoor smoking is strictly not allowed, though you’re welcome to smoke outside in the garden. No washing machine on-site, you’ll find convenient laundromats nearby.
