The studio is 39 m2, and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a small space for eating as well as a sunny balcony with a nice view to a green courtyard. You will also find a tiny bathroom (typical for Copenhagen). The studio is full of Danish design pieces, furniture + artwork, and there are lots of cafes, bars, supermarkets, and green areas close by. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple.

The home is situated 700 meters from Øresund when you want your morning swimm. The station is 3 min. walk away and the train takes you dirctly to Copenhagen within 40 min. Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
