Excellent stay and great hosts. Communication was clear and everything was as expected and more. Very clean and comfortable stay close to everything you would want to do on the island.

We loved the peace and quiet of port A in December. The condo has an amazing location allowing for rapid Beach access. beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. We would love to come again.

We had an absolutely fabulous and relaxing four-day stay! From the moment we booked, Lorie's communication was outstanding — quick, clear, and helpful, making check-in and planning a breeze. The condo was comfortable, thoughtfully stocked with all the must-have amenities and supplies that made our stay effortless. From a well-equipped kitchen and cozy beds to beach chairs and towels, every little detail had been considered. The best part? The location! Just a very short walk to the beach, we found ourselves soaking in the sun and surf within minutes each day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a perfect, stress-free beach getaway!

Steve & Debi's place was perfect, everything was clean, all appliances worked great, walking distance to the beach with a peek of the ocean from the beautiful balcony chairs, the pool and hot tub were close as well, also they were very helpful with the questions we had

This condo is a gem and Steven is an exceptional host. There are a lot of positive elements, to name just a few: - nicely mantained and fully furnished condo. - the very few times we had issues Steven responded quickly and resolved the issues. - 400 steps to the beach. - lower level end unit, open and airy. - nice, clean, well maintained pool. - great picnic/barbacue area with two gas grills. - it's on a beautiful quiet and relaxing area. - specially enjoyed the Barefoot Mardi Gras beach parade. Thank you Steven for making our vacation memorable.

We had a fabulous time, and happened to stay here the same weekend Sandfest was happening. Because of that the private entrance/boardwalk was a perfect way to get to the beach quickly and avoid a lot of the crowds. The condo was clean, comfy, and cute! plenty of space and great access to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing condo will stay again but not at the end of April, there were two high schools from Dallas staying the entire weekend. We love island house it’s great for families and couples alike. Great time.

The place was great for a weekend getaway! Check in was easy and the beach is a walkable distance. Everything was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back in the future.

Great place to stay! Only minutes from beach and cinnamon shore restaurants and outdoor areas! Worth it to rent or bring a golf cart as well as the beach is extremely golf cart friendly as well! Would recommend to anyone to stay!

We loved our stay at the condo! Being walking distance to the beach was a great perk with our baby and dog. The other residents in the condos were very friendly and the dock was peaceful. We loved the layout and the back patio was a bonus. It was very clean and the host was very communicative. We will absolutely be back for our next beach trip.

Enjoyed my stay, super short walk to Whitecap Beach, close to restaurants on the island. The condo was very comfortable, and I appreciate the cleaning items to help pick up the extra sand drug in. Cynthia was very responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful waterfront property. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the water from the back window. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for a mom and daughter get away. It was clean, neat, and inviting with a great beachy feel. The proximity to the beach was perfect. It was steps away from the front door. The amenities were a bonus. The pool and hot tub was very nice and clean. My only suggestion that I would make, would be to include two bath towels per person, and an extra hand towel for the bathroom. Otherwise, we thought it was perfect! Padre Escapes was very friendly, informative, and had great communication. I / we will definitely be returning and staying there again. I'm already looking forward to the next trip!

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

Couldn't get any closer to the beach without literally being on it. Interior design is spacious, large bedrooms/beds, useful kitchen island and all the utensils/appliances to cook/make whatever you want. You can the beach/gulf from everywhere you stand within the condo. Host is not "on your back" but readily available to respond. Elevator just outside the unit. Very clean upon arrival. Private. Just a great feeling every time you look around. Unit is updated. Carts and baskets easily accessible to move in and out. Very secure card access only to property and unit, with staff on duty 24/7. Direct access to beach in any direction you walk. Spacious balcony with breathtaking views. Definitely adding this one to the top of our favorites list. We always meet our host and they were nice, professional, and helpful. We highly recommend a stay here.

Mayan Princess is a great place to stay with family. We loved 318 so we’d have the full coast view and greenery and didn’t have to look directly at the pool (I prefer nature!). Balconies were great for watching the sunrise and chilling. Condo was well equipped with sand toys, well stocked kitchen so I could cook aplenty- it really was paradise and I would stay here again! We were 5 in the condo- 3 adults and 2 small children and it was the perfect size. The beds were sooooo comfy, although the extra pullout beds were not (plan on sticking a young person on them, if needed). Overall we loved our stay and our host and would return if given the chance.

We had a wonderful stay. We were so close to the beach & the other fun places like Cinnamon Shores. We rented a golf cart from Peyton’s & got around easily. This place is very well done & lots of thought went into making it comfortable. This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays. The pool/hot tub, the balcony, the parking. Everything we needed was provided. I hope we get the opportunity to come back!

Great location! short drive to the beach or stay home to swim and fish at the shared pool and deck. The home is well equipped with just about everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Everything was very clean!

This is a first for me, but this place is way UNDER described here. The amount of space in this rental was amazing. We had 10 people from 8 months up to 60's and we all had plenty of room to spread out and not a single complaint about accommodations. The views are incredible. The only complaint we had at all as the condensation from the vent hood dripped onto a pan at one point which made us notice the not so clean vent hood insides. We later realized that it vents directly onto the windiest side possible and realized ocean air plus great air conditioning isn't a problem we will complain about.
