Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family. We are always enjoying the outdoor area along the side of the house. We try to keep the area clean and organized.

The Contemporary Cottage has the charm of a country cottage on the outside, with a fresh, contemporary design on the inside with a full kitchen. Or, fire up the patio grill and have a barbecue in a shady garden overlooking your private pool. OPTION: $50 to heat the pool, plus $50 per day to keep the pool heated during your stay, with a 2-day minimum.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

A spotless bedroom and designer bathroom in the garden wing of a private home close to the many restaurants and small shops on Ventura Boulevard. Universal City, the studios, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Pasadena, the Getty Museum and other attractions are easily accessed. The fully equipped suite has a private entrance and is separated from the main house by a locked door. A tranquil oasis in the middle of the city! Welcome!

New Toluca Lake Private Pool House

450+ square foot 1926 Spanish-style newly renovated guesthouse in Toluca Lake. Detached from the main house with living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
