With 3 kids, I’ve become a germaphobe when it comes to them. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Truly immaculate!! The open space and cleanliness of it all made me feel so good about our stay. Communication was on point with any questions that we had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone staying in the LA area!! Thank you!!

The place was great, really quiet and serene. The place surrounding is a little hilly, but you will have a great time relaxing.

This is the second time I've stayed at Sean's place and loved it even more than the first time: the place felt like coming home! I love how cozy and comfortable the place is, how it feels secluded even though it's located on a busy road, how conveniently located it is, close to bus and metro lines and the Wholefoods just down the road. Sean is a super host; really reliable, responsive and kind. I'm hoping to stay at Sean's place again the next time I'll be in LA and looking forward to it already!

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

The house was very clean and practical. Mary responded to all our questions quickly and was super helpful throughout. The place felt really cozy and warm, and we didn’t experience any technical issues during our stay. Location-wise, it was pretty close to everything. Hot water, stove, and all the essentials were working perfectly, and everything we needed was already provided. We definitely had a lovely time during our trip and would absolutely recommend staying here!

Joseph’s place was cute, clean and in a great location. We were surprised by delicious snacks and soft drinks. He communicated with us effectively and in a timely manner. 15 min drive to Universal Studios. I would stay there again.

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent location, beds were comfortable, lots of restaurants and beach close by, great walking everywhere and really nice to be in a house with a driveway. Some traffic so ear plugs were good if you're sensitive to noise when you're sleeping.

"Retreat" is the perfect word for Jordan's place, which is on a quiet street. It is lovely to be in the midst of trees and birdsong. The room is cozy, with books and pictures, a place to work, and a comfortable bed. It is well appointed, with a lot of thought given to details that make your stay comfortable. Everything seemed to be in the right place. There are even earplugs in case the sound of the refrigerator troubles you in the night. (It did not trouble me.) There are many restaurants down the hill a short walk away. I met Jordan only briefly but he is a wonderful host: very responsive, helpful, and kind.

This is a beautiful private retreat in the heart of Atwater. That is was also dog and family friendly was such a huge bonus. We needed a place to stay near our home while our floors were being refinished. And this place was wonderful! We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. We’d had a slight issue with the AC on the first night, but Eloísa and her crew were very responsive and the issue was resolved within hours. She also gave us a slight credit for our trouble. The spaces are well proportioned and it feels like a home that folks live in. Clean, bright and functional! Big tables to play games at and plenty of places to unwind. The sofa has seen better days but the master bedroom mattress is divine! Definitely going to recommend her place to friends and family visiting from out of town.

What a sensational week we enjoyed at Jonathan’s exceptional two-bedroom Airbnb in the eclectic & authentic West Adams neighborhood. This bright, secure and well-appointed spot exudes LA charm and made for the ideal home base for exploring the city. The relaxed, roomy interior was perfect for our party of three – A+ beds, a terrific kitchen, updated bathrooms and thoughtful designer touches. Jonathan’s home offers an inviting living room with “mini library”, a cool backyard and BBQ – there’s even orange trees where you’ll harvest your morning juice…how So-Cal is that? Our host's suggestions for discovering the area were well-received – West Adams is an energetic “true LA” part of town, so we enjoyed fun restaurants, coffee shops and quirky murals that adorn the local architecture. There are easy drives to nearby hikes like Baldwin Hill and simple freeway access to the full slate of LA attractions. Thanks, Jonathan, for sharing your place & being an excellent host! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

This was a really great place to stay. Adam was great at communicating throughout the time that I was there. The location is perfect and it is in walking distance to lots of great things without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. For those of you that like to cook there is a very nice gas stove and a full-size refrigerator. You can tell lots of thought was put into making this rental a comfortable place to stay.

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.

It was a nice, large apartment, and it was great to have parking. However, it was difficult to find the key box, and the location didn't seem very secure. I was also looking for check out instructions (i.e. what to do with trash, dishes, etc) We didn't spend alot of time in the apartment. I would definitely stay again.
