An open air space to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset glass of wine. You'll overlook Bita Bay, Long Bay and White Sound. You can watch the sunrise or gauge the chop of the water. Useful in so many ways! The main level of the house boasts a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. The open air great room has vaulted ceilings and an adjacent kitchen equipped with all you'll need to make your own meals. You can watch Direct TV or watch DVDs as you cook. Just off from the kitchen and through the French doors is a large screened porch with a table for eating and playing games. A propane grill stands ready for you to grill up your catch of the day. Upstairs on the second level is the master bedroom ~ Suite Dreams. It has a king size bed, cozy chair to curl up in and private screened porch with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and there is a stocked coffee station, microwave and a mini fridge. There is a wall mounted TV and numerous DVDs to enjoy. The house is equipped with strong wifi on all levels.

Ma Mazie's Cottage

Ma Mazie's has A/C, a modern kitchen, a flat screen TV, cable, and WiFi, yet blends in with New Plymouth's historic homes. The bedroom features a queen bed with an attached bathroom. Just off the bedroom is a screened porch with table and chairs. A perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. Several restaurants serving traditional Bahamian dishes are in walking distance and nearby Gilliam Bay offers the softest sands and bluest waters, perfect for shelling, swimming, and beachcombing!

We have a beautiful private beach with great shelling and snorkeling. The deep water dock on Black Sound easily accommodates any size vessel (water is available at the dock by request and is turned on and off by Marg, our caretaker). The Main House comfortably sleeps 6 or 7 with 2 additional Guest Quarters to sleep up to 4 more!

Sunset cottage on the sea of Abaco

Sunset cottage is located on the sea of Abaco in the historic settlement near bars , restaurants, grocery stores , liquor stores and churches . You will enjoy some of the prettiest sunsets out the front door you will see lots of sealife out the front door and off the dock . Our dock will accommodate outboard boats . New Plymouth settlement has fewer mosquitoes and noseeum's compared to anywhere out of the settlement.
