We enjoyed the stay, as Floridians were not quite used to mountain driving so it took a bit longer to get to and from than we had thought

Our group had a fabulous time at the lake home. Jerry was an excellent host who gave us clear instructions on getting to the house and checked in with us during our stay. My kids were thrilled with all the fun activities in the downstairs space and wanted to be on the lake with the canoe and pedal boat as much as possible (despite the cold temps). Bedrooms were comfortable, and we loved cooking in the spacious kitchen. Easy drive to different hiking trails and into Knoxville. We hope to return in the warmer months to be able to utilize the amazing outdoor kitchen.

Very nice place. Dock is a bit tight for larger boats. Nice concrete path path to the dock but steep and turn around is a bit hard with the provided side by side. Overall good experience.

We loved this little place! Close to the lake, little walk to the dock but nothing too bad! Place was clean, and organized! They were super helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. We will be back again!! 10/10

Stayed as a family four, two year old and five year old, and found the house to be the perfect size for our family. All listed amenities were available and since we booked the property was updated to now include a beautiful new deck in the back of the house with a grill and traeger smoker. Both kids greatly enjoyed the playset and the fenced in yard gave us peace of mind with the kids running around. Would recommend staying here and Michael is a great host who is responsive to messages and provides clear check in/check out instructions.

The home was everything that was advertised. We understood that the lake would be down this time of year so we were not concerned about that. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and everything in the home was clean and working. We really had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving here and will be looking into coming back in the warmer months when we can enjoy the lake!

I have never left a review before. I HAD to after staying at Shelly's place. It was phenomenal!! Clean, cozy, cheery, private, homey, restful, snug, safe, serene, happy to name just a few. Shelly provides so many extras that other B&Bs don't - both tangible and intangible. She's a beautiful soul and you feel her touches in every room, every day. She hand delivered a 1/2 gallon of frozen yogurt after she heard I was gluten free and wasn't able to eat the delicious cookies she left. The ONLY disappoint you'll have is when you have to leave. Oh and her new rental property is just GORGEOUS and ON POINT. It's right down the road. We took a peek before we headed home. Best of luck Shelly!! We hope to see you again!!!!

Our experience was a super 10 out of 10. Our host Alicia was super friendly and answered our questions. The place exceeded our expectations. A beautiful, super clean place with beautiful decor. I give it a 100 out of 100. I gladly recommend it and we will return.

This place is a very cute basic place. With the kitchen having the basic appliances. Although it saids it can have 4 people it would have to be a very tight. Would definitely need to be some very close friends with the bathroom door being in the bedroom. The owners are very responsive the closer it was to our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfy. The house is spacious and the kitchen is one of the best stocked I've experienced in an Airbnb. Loved the screened in porch where I enjoyed my morning coffee by the fire table and watching the deer. Also enjoyed the fire ring near the end of the drive and a wonderful spacious piece of property. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park are only about an hours drive. Most definitely would stay here again. It did not disappoint.

We had such a Wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Sneedville with our family! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us and our pups. It was exactly what we were looking for!! Such a cozy cottage with beautiful surroundings. Thank you for being so flexible with check in! We will be back in the spring for sure and for all of our other trips to Sneedville. Can’t say how much we love Bearcat Cottage! Always a quick response to any questions, on a rainy day played monopoly and uno, sunny days went swimming,kayaking and roasted marshmallows. My girls had a mini spa day and felt like they were in a “fancy” hotel (the slippers and robes)! Can’t wait to come back. Kitchen has everything and more!

Nice location and great views. Liked the double decker dock. Place was clean - second cabin was nice - definitely older but the main house was updated and very nice. Had several kayaks and a paddle board. Life jackets available if needed. Roads were nice and easy to travel on to get there. Hosts required contract to sign which seemed a little excessive but they were prompt to response to any questions.

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was fabulous after a long day of hiking or walking in town. There were so many extras not listed - coffee, creamer, spices, and snacks in the kitchen; shampoo, conditioner, hand soap in the bathrooms; laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. It was wonderful to arrive late at night and have a few comfort items to make it until the next morning. The beds were comfy with extra linens and plenty of towels in the bath. We loved our quiet evenings spent in the game room and around the fire pit. If you’re considering this property, just book it!

Had an incredible stay at Carol’s cabin. Perfect lakeside getaway with an incredible view. Carol thought of everything - even had fresh baked bread waiting for us! Worked great for our group of 7. Would absolutely recommend.

Yourcation awaits was wonderful. This trip will likely be the final trip that my father was able to make with us due to being diagnosed with Stage 5 lung cancer. He was able to make a lasting memory with me and his grandkids.

Absolutely wonderful! What a beautiful, serene, private setting! The house reminded me of Vermont country charm with all the modern updates. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining area had gorgeous views of the river, rocks, trees and wildlife. The game room was a favorite hangout spot and the river provided great opportunities to explore nature. Perfect family getaway! We didn’t want to leave and wished we had booked for more nights. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the Smoky Mountains. The host was very responsive and genuinely cared about us having a pleasant stay.

Absolutely beautiful views and very comfortable home. Perfect for several people or even just a couple. The balcony is super spacious and it was our favorite thing to wake up and eat breakfast on it and enjoy the view! Helpful instructions on how to run the pizza fireplace was provided and we had a great time using it for our dinner on one of the nights of the stay. So happy we chose the little blue cabin ❤️

Great tiny home up in the mountains. Lots of privacy, kept very clean. Great view, especially when the mountains got all smokey. The only thing would be if you're a tall guy just know you're going to have a hard time with the shower, it is a tiny home, so kind of expected. 🤣 The Host was great about communicating, and responded in short amounts of time as needed.

Beautiful house with beautiful views, what more can you ask for. Close to all local attractions. Lots of room for large families. Host super responsive to any problems or questions.

Beautiful Home!! We came to Sevierville for our wedding and Iryna’s place was the perfect peaceful location for us to spend time together and with our family!!

We loved the secluded location, river views, fire pit, and large grassy area for playing football with the kids. The kids loved saying hi to the neighbors goats who came to visit. The location was convenient to town, Dollywood and the GSMNP.
