The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Detta boende ligger alldeles intill Torneälven. Det är ca 6 minuter bilresa till Ishotellet och ca 15 minuter in till Kiruna. Hit åker du för att få uppleva tystnaden och kanske få möjligheten att skåda norrskenet. Stugan erbjuder bekvämlighet och avskildhet. Njut av utsikten och naturen. A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
