Warbler’s Roost is on a 14-acre property on Deer Lake, 3785D Eagle Lake Rd which is 20 min west of the small village of South River, just north of Huntsville. It is near many of the forgotten trails network of trails and 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only). Warbler’s Roost includes a Country Inn which has six rooms available for daily/weekly rentals with continental breakfast. NB: during the pandemic, we are restricting bookings to one room to each bathroom.

The Shores of Deer Lake - Lakeview Suites

Welcome to the Shores of Deer Lake! We offer newly renovated suites on the beautiful shores of Deer Lake. Each suite is well equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, living space, private bedroom and complete bathroom. The unit can comfortably sleep up to four adults, with one queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and another queen-sized mattress in the pull out sofa. *We ask that you tell us in advance if you plan on bringing any pets. There are certain limitations, fees apply. Details below.*

Single-night stays are $1,200 per night (message to arrange); otherwise, a 3-night minimum applies. Escape to our private lakefront lodge in Temagami, perfect for reunions, retreats, and group getaways. With 8 bedrooms, multiple baths, a full kitchen, and a massive great hall with dining, sofas, TV, and ping pong, there’s space for all. Enjoy lake access with canoes, kayaks, life jackets, plus BBQs, firepit, and unlimited Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 20 guests comfortably.

Warbler’s Roost includes a Country Inn which has six rooms available for daily/weekly rentals with continental breakfast. NB: during the pandemic, we are restricting bookings to one room on each floor.

Lake Obabika Lodge

The lodge is situated on Obabika Lake which is over 20 miles long and has 23 white sand beaches to enjoy. You can rent a canoe, fishing boat, or pontoon to explore the lake, walk the trails in the area, or do some yoga on the dock. We have 7 cabins to rent, which can accommodate approximately 32 people. You can either choose the all-inclusive American plan which includes 3 meals a day or the basic housekeeping option. The listed price is the American plan.

3 bedrooms on same level with ensuite washrooms

The 3 bedrooms are all on the same floor, allowing for friends and family to stay close to each other. The units have easy access to the shared kitchenette, dining area, and to the lake and beach. The property also has shared kayaks, canoes, pedal boat, BBQ, children's playground, fishing, and a sandy beach, amongst many other facilities!
