Perast is in 2,5 km away, you can walk along the see. Shared terrace meens that two apartments can use it: you and neighbour, each have sitting/rest area arraneged.

Located in the heart of the Kotor bay, Drazin Vrt village is just 2 km away from center of Perast, 10 km away from Kotor Old Town and 22 km away from Tivat airport. In the village there is a famous beach bar/restaurant called Bajova Kula. The grocery store is in Perast, (2km) Risan (6 km) and Sveti Stasije (6km)
