Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

Another wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. Within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Wil is responsive to any questions. Received information prior to check in with the smart lock combination. Having a smart lock is so convenient as we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach or anytime my spouse or I were coming and going at different times. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home!

We really loved our stay! We are a family of five and she was very accommodating to children and a young toddler. There things for the beach available so we didn’t have to worry about packing or traveling with those things. Evenings were quiet and beautiful. My family enjoyed the shared pool space and beautiful patio. It was really a great time and the host was very responsive to all of our needs.

Glynis was quick to respond when my girls & I unexpectedly ended up with nowhere to stay when we got to NSB. She let us into the unit, and when the AC went out it was easily resolved within 24 hours. We had to work together a little more than perhaps some hostess/guests would normally, but everything went smoothly with no disruption to our vacation. The air guys were amazing to work with and Glynis was extra helpful and lightning fast when responding to anything! Location is right across from the beach and about a 2 minute walk from front door to the crosswalk. We’ve been going to MSB for years and didn’t need help finding fav restaurants but there was a welcome booklet with tons of wonderful suggestions/many of which were on our fav list already. Thanks again!

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, and so comfortable! I loved having a very well-equipped kitchen, and Erica provided lots of conveniences that made the trip super enjoyable.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. We absolutely loved staying here!! We spent most of our days outside but were always excited to relax in the room or hang out by the pool at the end of the day. Our host was super friendly & had great communication. I will definitely stay here again next time i’m back in town!

The place was clean and super nice. It was private and beautiful. It had some unique features such as the outdoor shower which we enjoyed. It felt like we were right at home. The host was always responsive with questions or concerns. We will definitely return.

Our family had a memorable stay at this beautiful property. We walked less than 10 minutes south to dinner at the Golden Lion, an afternoon ice cream at Sally's, and Easter Sunrise Service at the park. We walked a little further north to an amazing brunch at Java Joint, but we mostly soaked up the incredible view. The furniture, even on the patio, is all designed for comfort. Couch has dual electric recliners built in, the beds are all pillow top, and the lounge chairs on the sun deck are delightful for catching rays or a nap! Extraordinary kitchen is fully stocked and is loaded with prep space. This property is posh in every sense, but the thoughtful touches really set this rental apart from others. Lovely soaps, quality linens, plush towels, beach towels and chairs, substantial outdoor grill, a high top table oceanside porch to ensure views, back porch with large ceiling fans for reading a book or a private conversation, and my twenty somethings raved about the gaming system, raved!

We love staying here! This was our fourth time and we will continue to come back! It’s so easy to get to the beach, run to the grocery store and now that a new coffee shop opened there’s a quickly and delicious place for coffee and sandwiches. We love it!

Everything was wonderful! And Richard was very accommodating, even proactive on checking in with us to make sure we were good. It was so nice to be so close to the beach, if you needed to grab something at the house it was right there!

We’ve done Airbnb several times and this one was my family’s favorite! Great location right on the beach! From the balcony you had a great view of the ocean as well as the Halifax River. My son loved the gym and the pool table. Swimming pool and hot tub were great as well. The unit had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely will be booking again in the future. This spot is perfect. 4 minutes away from restaurants on the beach, right across the street from grocery stores and coffee shops. This place was absolutely beautiful and the privacy was nice. The host chrissy was so helpful and communication was great. For a short trip or a long trip this is the place to stay.
