New England: aluguel por temporada com vista para o mar

We love this airbnb - this was our second time staying there. It overlooks the water - beautiful views through the large bay windows. The room is lovely - large, comfortable bed, small kitchenette and modern bathroom. James and Pierre are very responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful winter weekend stay here with our toddler. The hosts left out toys that were perfect for our kiddo and kept her entertained all weekend. The space is comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. We would definitely come back again, winter or summer!

The cottage was absolutely perfect for a few days in Cape Cod! It was so serene and being able to walk across to the beach every morning was such a treat. It was just the right size for one or two, my friend used the pull out couch and we had plenty of room. Everything was very easy from check in to parking and the cottage was very clean and organized. Although it was off season I would absolutely come again in the fall! Thank you so much for opening your home!

This stay was a dream! Gorgeous lake views from every room, a cozy and beautifully decorated home, and the most welcoming host you could ask for. Danny was super responsive, kind, and made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. Our girl’s reunion weekend was exactly what we hoped for — peaceful, beautiful, and so memorable. Highly, highly recommend this special place!

I grew up in Beverly. This location is really beautiful. The amenities were fantastic. The Samsung Picture TV is so cool I ended up buying one. lol. Highly recommend. Especially if you love views for the ocean and instant access to the beach.

Great place to disconnect from the city. The sounds of nature at night were quite soothing and it was extremely peaceful to wake up to wake up with the stream in the backyard. We look forward to coming back and hopefully staying a full week!

My second stay here did not disappoint. This apartment is immaculate- so neat and clean and well appointed. Lots of nice details with toiletries, amenities and supplies. Such a great location right on Main Street! Love that there is an elevator to get to the 4th floor. It's so comfortable and homey.

Looking for a place for a long weekend in Lake Placid, we found the listing for this beautiful space. It was just what we were looking for, a comfy quiet base to explore the Lake Placid and the surrounding area. There are coffee and bagels across the street, breweries and a number or restaurants including an amazing BBQ place within a few min walk. Angela was the perfect host with clear instructions and helpful tips to make the stay more enjoyable. We were fortunate enough to run into her during our stay. We would definitely stay here again or at one of Angela's other properties in town. The attention to detail really sets Angela and her property apart.

We’ve stayed in this space many time and it is always the perfect place to relax in between hiking and exploring the town. The tub is perfect to soak sore muscles after a long hike and bed is very comfortable. We usually cook a couple meals and always have what we need to do so.
