I was delayed due to a family illness and Susan offered a credit for the night I missed without me even requesting. Fantastic hospitality & location to visit Appleton.

I spent only two nights there i can not wait to go back and spend a much more long journey; what an amazing place!

Spacious. Very convenient to the venue in Brillion. Peaceful surroundings. Nice big kitchen.

We needed a dog friendly place for a Road America weekend. This was great. I walked the dog nearby and across the road to a beautiful lakefront neighborhood. Didn’t cook there but heated up takeout food. Cute backyard that was too wet for us to hang out in. Comfy beds and cool race memorabilia in unit.

My mom and I had a lovey stay at this Airbnb. We were originally booked at a different Airbnb via Elevate but the roof was being repaired and they thought it would be done by our arrival time but it wasn’t (not their fault) and they accommodated us immediately to this Airbnb. It was seamless and I was very impressed how they handled it all. I would definitely stay again when visiting my 96 year old grandmother in GB! The only thing I would note—this Airbnb does have someone living full time above the unit and they would wake me up every morning before the sun came up from walking around. If you’re a light sleeper like me, it’s just something to note! I would absolutely still stay here as I am an early bird and it didn’t bug me too much!

My daughter and I stayed here during her tour of Lawrence University, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is a lovely, cozy two-bedroom with soft beds and a comfortable, homey feel. We appreciated having a kitchen to make breakfast and snacks stocked in the fridge. Communication was excellent—we received helpful texts after booking, before arrival, before checkout, and even after our stay. The instructions were clear and included photos, which made everything easy. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk to Lawrence, with the museum and performing arts theater along the way. Since we’re not used to the cold, we ended up driving—just a quick 5-minute trip. It's also close to shopping like Ross, TJ Maxx, Walmart, and Costco, which was super convenient. If my daughter decides to attend Lawrence, I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. The place was perfect for our needs, which was a two-bedroom place mainly to stay overnights and a launching point in the morning. The host was very communicative and emailed us in advance to make sure we had seen the check-in instructions, which were crystal clear. The place is two miles from I-41 which was perfect since our events were in Green Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay during the NFL draft weekend. Host was very responsive and flexible. House was amazing, multiple entertainment areas and many beds. Was walking distance to the stadium and surrounding bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay quick communication Very nice and clean . I would rate it #1 . It has everything you you need and makes it feel right at home. I would never stay no where else when visiting Green Bay . Very good for families with kids . From lotion to seasoning for food they had it. Top tier Hosting. They definitely should recieve an award from how comfortable they made there place to host guest. Was definitely home away from home

The house was perfect for the 3 families. The house has great amenities, is very clean, and there is a lot to do in the area. The hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay! As a family of six, we felt we had a truly inviting home to land each night as we were in town for an event. It was cozy and charming and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and it was so neat to drive past all of those historic Neenah houses so close by. If we have more events in Neenah, we would definitely stay here again!

Greatly appreciated this home with many bedrooms so our family could congregate together for a milestone birthday weekend!

Enjoyed the stay and will be back!! Easy to communicate with the host about my travel delay and questions during the stay. Really nice space to stay for a few days, nice kitchen space with all necessities for cooking. Loved the keyless entry!! Near grocery stores and pharmacy. Would recommend and will return.

It was draft week so obviously the prices were up everywhere, but the host was absolutely amazing and took great care of us. Location was perfect and the place was clean and roomy. We had a wonderful time staying there.

We had the pleasure of staying here around the same time last year. It felt like we had come right back the next day—everything was in great shape. We really enjoy Green Lake and the atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay at the Bright Little Chute Condo! The home looked exactly like the photos. There was some misinformation in the communications with Evolve stating that there are bedroom lofts. The good news is that none of the bedrooms are lofts. There are three bedrooms, completely closed and private, which was what we were hoping for and matches the photos. The home is a split level, with the upper floor including a living room, kitchen, and king bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom. The lower floor has a fireplace and bed in an open office area at the bottom of the stairs, a laundry, a full bathroom, and two separate bedrooms with queen beds. Our family, including three kids, loved our stay here. The location is private, in a residential area. Restaurants in the surrounding areas were delicious. There is a landfill nearby. We stayed in the winter and that didn’t impact our stay. Thank you for hosting a most enjoyable stay for our family!
