One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed. Hosts were wonderful and super helpful and responsive. The pool was perfect and the house is larger than expected. It has 4 bedrooms, each with individual bathroom. The house is a bit far from fort kochi itself, but the perfect location in the backwaters.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

This place is stunning. The pool is amazing, and the care taker of the house is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if I’m in kochi!

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

Beautiful 1950’s villa with a team of house staff led by Mr Cherian, who took care of everything including delivering amazing food from the sister hotel Eighth Bastion. Sumptuous breakfasts were provided at the hotel, or we could make our own with the provisions supplied (even our fussy 6 year old enjoyed the cornflakes and banana cake). Had a wonderful staycation, with daily music lessons at the Kerala Kathakali centre.

Had a great stay while transiting through kochi at this bnb, the house is beautiful and has amazing vibe!! Must visit. just a little feedback since we were visiting from Canada and use airbnb.ca with no previous experience in India. One thing we noticed was direct messaging on number through host which didn’t sit well initially cz that’s private info, and when we asked for troubleshooting some issue during the stay it was great that the host came right away but didn’t leave once issue was fixed, felt weird being in the space with someone around. I think it was not malicious intent but just something to improve on privacy!

The place is very well maintained and the bathrooms are really clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to people.

I stayed at Annie’s for one night and absolutely loved it. The space was cosy, quiet, and exceptionally clean — exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. Everything felt peaceful and well taken care of. It was a lovely, comfortable place to unwind, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Kochi , Sunil and Susan were very friendly and responsive. They were flexible with our check in and check out time which was very helpful. The appartment has all the amenities you need for a short stay and a nice balcony. Would recommend as a great value accomodation for your visit.

It is a very spacious and clean space with plenty of lighting. It has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, along with a wonderful kitchen for large cooking. Highly recommended for a staycation.

The property was great, we liked the Villa a lot. Since Uber/Ola aren’t available but the host made us connect with a local cab driver whose pricing was almost what an Ola/ Uber would charge. Property was well maintained, since we were there for the first time and from work perspective so couldn’t spend as much time as we would have wanted at the property, however, coming back in the night and sitting outside in Kochi’s great weather was a blissful experience. Nearby walkable restaurants are less as it’s in a private / peaceful place, but one can Zomato/ Swiggy it. A great Villa with a great price point.

Firstly, I liked the house for the budget and I texted the host... host was very sweet helped me with early checkin and I am very happy for that the location is also very good u get uber and just walkable distance to metro and u have everything in house this was a best stay for us we was family and they give us the vishu payyasam which they prepared at home which was very delicious all good... I just checked in and then I called them only to say that we are checking out coz, everything we wanted was in the house

We had the pleasure of staying at Bachan Casa near Cherai Beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a calm and serene neighborhood, Bachan Casa provides a peaceful retreat, just a short stroll away from the stunning Cherai Beach. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or explore the local area, this property offers the best of both worlds. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting, making our stay not just comfortable but also deeply relaxing.

Neil's place Palm Grove is a great cozy accommodation. The front lawn and the trees beyond welcome you to the smaller private house next to their family home. Beautiful surroundings and the river in 5 mins walk for a quick dip are perfect. Neil's parents are great very helpful and friendly you will feel like you are staying at your close friends house. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet comfy place near the Cochin airport to explore Kerala.

Colbridge and his family give incredible value for money, particularly in their efforts to provide anything and everything the customer wants or needs. They are full of helpful information and go our of their way to provide any little special requests the guests might have. Their home is spotlessly clean and we can highly recommend the delicious breakfast served each day by the lovely Shalini, his charming wife, as well as the extra services of cleaning and laundry provided by their housekeeper, Shelby. We could not have been happier nor felt luckier. Highly recommended.

Kiran and his caretaker Sadhanandhan were super helpful and responsive with the check in process and they made sure we were comfortable and felt right at home. The stay was breathtakingly beautiful and serene, making it the perfect place for a large gathering for my friends and I.

I had a wonderful stay with my family at this place . The house is very spacious and perfect for a family getaway, plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, which made it even more enjoyable. While the house is a bit old and the Wi-Fi had some issues during our stay, it didn’t affect our overall experience too much. We truly enjoyed our vacation and appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to each day.
