The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

My place is a studio penthouse on top of a harbor few meters away from the beach, restaurants, parks for nice walk in nature, good transportation, coffee shops and close to other famous entities like Cafe Del mar .Famous beaches are very close . Great for sunset hrs. You`ll love my place mostly because of the large corner terrace which is overlooking a fishing harbor to enjoy some Maltese culture and panoramic views. My place is good for young couples, solo adventures and business travelers.

The main area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with a living room and a 25sqm terrace. The sofa bed in the living room accomodates 2 people. The bedroom accomodates up to 4 people on a double bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. This is a baby-friendly apartment: a foldable cot is available.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.
