Maisonette is located in a very quiet street amongst beautiful houses. The main road is located only five minutes walk away giving access to all basic amenities, coffee shops, as well as bus service. You will have the entire place for yourself & the place includes a small private backyard. There are 2 bedrooms in the property. Property includes a double bed in one room, 2 single beds in a spare room & a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 people. Please note that the sofa bed is in the living room.

The property is located just a few steps away from the Birgu main square where one would find various restaurants. This is a typical Maltese one bedroom house. It has been refurbished lately and has kept some traditional Maltese characteristics, such as the door, window and ceiling. No stairs are in the house, everything is on one floor. It is close to all amenities, such as green grocer, mini markets and bars. Just 5 minutes walking distance away one finds Balluta Bay.
