The Wildwood Cabin is nestled in a Bosque of cottonwoods on the banks of the Animas river. The “Wildwood cabin” was built in 2012 at the rivers edge of our small farm as a guest house. The Cozy Cove

This 500 sqft Cozy Cove is nestled in the woods. Very private and full of wildlife. Only five miles from Pagosa. We have the wonderful hot springs, awesome river rafting, hiking, close to two of the best train rides in the state! Delicious eateries and breweries. Year-round festivals. Fantastic live music. There IS heat and hot water. No air conditioning. I’m working on figuring out how to change that…🤨
