Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Pinetop, AZ, right by Woodland Lake Park with its Pickleball courts, lake, hiking trails, paved walking trail, disc golf and playgrounds. This guest apartment is separate from the larger living area of the house, sharing only a wall. The larger area may or may not be rented while you are there. There are no shared indoor spaces. The entry is off the side of the house. If no one is renting the large house, you may use the yards.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Not far from the lakes or skiing areas. Peaceful and cool for summer and snow often in winter time. One of the bedroom has a queen size bed with a bathroom connected. The other bedroom has a queen size bunk bed and a common bathroom. The front porch is smaller and is perfect for morning coffee. The back deck is quite large and can accommodate the whole family. Fenced in area for the pets. A fire pit and chairs to relax.

“Bunkhouse” Cozy Western Style- Ample Parking

The Bunkhouse, was actually a bunkhouse for cowboys in the 40's & 50's when this property was a working ranch. We have tried to bring back the old west feel. Close to downtown. You can walk to grocery, restaurants, parks, etc. PLEASE NOTE: We are taking Extra precautions to insure the Bunkhouse is clean and safe for your stay. Judy
