Excellent from every aspect. Very helpful hosts, very nice apartment and room. Central location in Konak. Easy to get to from airport or otogar. Walking djstance to beach and many other tourist areas. I highly recommend for visitors to Izmir.

Daire merkezi bir konumda hatta tarihi asansörün yanında kalıyor ancak araç park etmek gerçekten bir çileye dönüşüyor çünkü etrafta bir otopark bile mevcut değil. Ev gerçekten temizdi. Manzarası güzeldi ancak pencereler kapalı olmasına rağmen gelen soğuk hava salonda oturulmasını zorlaştırıyordu. Bu konulara harici her şey çok iyidi.

Günay Bey çok ilgiliydi, tüm sorularıma hızla yanıt verdi ve her daim sorun çözücüydü. Ev gayet temizdi ve konum olarak harika bir yerdeydi. Ev sahipliği için Günay Beye teşekkür ediyorum.

Öncelikle ev gerçekten gerçekten evimde gibi hissettirdi. Konumu her yere yakın ve ulaşımı kolaydı. Tek olmama rağmen evin her alanı kullanışlıydı. Resimlerdeki gibi her şey birebir aynıydı. The apartment was impeccably clean, making it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, with no surprises or disappointments. Anil was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION The host makes your check in super easy by taking care of you personally, the apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need, you have many restaurants and places to explore the neighborhood is safe and the people very friendly with tourists, highly recommended.

Fantastic Stay in the one of main Izmir areas! Our stay at this place exceeded all expectations. The location was absolutely perfect — just steps away from the sea, with a breathtaking view that made every morning feel special. Accessibility was top-notch. Right outside the building, there was a lively street full of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets open until late, which made everything incredibly convenient and the host was responsive and helpfull If you're looking for a place that offers both the calm beauty of the sea and the vibrant energy of Izmir city life, this is the perfect spot.

Utku was a great host! The Airbnb was a well furnished apartment with all the amenities! The kitchen had microwave, Refrigerator, Gas, utensils and much more! The apartment was also in a prime location close to the Historical Elevator from where you can easily walk to the nearby restaurants and also Kemeralti Bazaar! Utku’s place is ideal for longer stays and is well-equipped with everything you need :)

Boris çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi çok kibar ve iletişimi çok iyi. Evin konumu çok güzel ve ev temizdi. Eve yakın olan Dario Moreno sokağını çok beğendim. Güzel ve huzurlu bir muhitte tekrar gelirsem izmire ilk bakacağım evlerden biri olacak Evin salon manzarası çok güzeldi evde kaldığımız zamanlarda bile manzara karşısında güzel vakit geçirebildik.

The address is slightly incorrect, hope host will update it, in case it won't be - for others: it's not ***6 it's on ***6/1 street. Will be way easier to find it. Also WiFi details too, but just scan the QR from the router inside the apartment. Very quite area, quite huge apartment, we were just 2 people, but it can easily fit 4 I guess, if not 6. The Tram station is near, bus station also taxi station is like 2-3 minutes away from the apartment, a little far away Train station. Not sure if it was just our case of everybody else, but technically we had self check-in, the key was in a box. So... If you are looking for self check-in apartment - double check with the host if he will meet you or just left you the key somewhere, maybe that info will be updated either until then :) Host is very responsive, answers fast, helpful, knows English. We didn't had internet in first day, he called the support and fixed it, in the morning next day issue was fixed.

The apartment is good for one or a couple. Nice place, good view, easy check-in, friendly host

Cemil Bey çok ilgili ve saygılıydı, daire fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Ara ara telefonla ulaşıp bi ihtiyacımın olup olmadığını sordu. Gayet memnun kaldım. Tavsiye ederim.

Temiz, düzenli ve ulaşım olanaklarına yakın bir yer. Kendisi çok yardımcı oldu, güvenilir bir ev sahibi.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben sauber, gemütlich und gut gelegen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
