The condo is conveniently located with multiple food places and convenience stores within walking distance. On-demand taxis and motorbike taxis are easily accessible along the street. Additionally, the condo offers van services to Mahidol University students, with two timings in the morning for drop-offs at a fee. However, the pick-up service from the school in the late afternoon is limited to one timing and is not guaranteed (it may be canceled if the demand is low). The host is very friendly and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. General cleaning is arranged bi-weekly by a maid, but this does not include changing or washing the bedsheets. One issue I encountered was a temporary electricity outage for a few hours due to insufficient electricity bill balance, as explained by the host. Overall, this is a convenient and well-located condo with great host support, though there are a few areas for improvement.

It is a good place with great facilities. The location is convenient, and there is no traffic at all. The air conditioning is very cold, perfect for the hot summer.

The moment I open the window, I fell in love with the scenery. It was hard to capture the beautiful scenery in the picture. Everything including kitchen tools was fully equipped and the owner was always very contactable and tried to help us. The location is 40 to 50 minutes by Grab taxi from Bangkok city center and it was never difficult to catch Grab taxi. There are famous cafes like After the rain,Bubble in the Forest,so it would be nice to visit them togother. I am so happy to have fantastic memories with my mom in the beautiful place.
