The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

The property includes a 0.3 mile long interpretive nature trail explaining the natural environment and history.
