Welcome to Seagrass Cottage! Experience a lake town only 2 blocks from lake access and a few minutes drive to restaurants, Yogi Bear, boat ramps, amphitheater, the marina, and downtown shopping. Hit up all your local favorites right in the middle of town and enjoy a nice lake side walk around Lakeshore Drive at sunset or swim at multiple beaches around Lake Eufaula! Cozy Duplex near downtown Checotah

Whether you’re traveling down I-40 or Hwy. 69, moving a college student to Connors State College, or just visiting family in the area, this cozy little one bedroom house is the perfect place to stop and relax. There is plenty of room to sleep up to four people. There is a queen bed, a twin fold-out bed and a large comfortable sofa (not a sleeper sofa). Guests can enjoy free WiFi & High Speed Internet. There are two separate TVs so there’s no fighting over who gets to watch what.

Pet friendly home on Lake Eufaula

Cozy home on Lake Eufaula. Just 5 miles off of I-40 and 7 miles from Hwy 69. At the doorstep of Lake Eufaula State Park and Marina. Neighborhood boat ramp is 1/2 mile from the house. Bring your lake toys with covered parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Two secured garages with electric for charging. One can fit an 18 foot bass boat or bigger (see pictures) and the second can fit smaller boats and jet skis. In addition we are 14 miles to Eufaula Cove Marina.
