This tiny home was lovingly designed by an artist during quarantine, and now you can step into her world! Enjoy the photo books, take a soak in the extra-deep tub, or gaze out the window up in the loft. This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Cozy house studio in Windsor Park

We lovingly call this guest house the doll house for its cute facade. It is located in our beautiful backyard, has its own keyless entry, is peacefully off the street, and beautiful natural light filters into the space throughout the day. The space is also designed with the traveler in mind, so its cozy, has a very comfortable queen size bed with lots of pillows, and full kitchen. Tiny Oreo House in Hip Central East Austin

The Oreo House is a modern, fresh and comfortable tiny house in ultra hip and central East Austin. It is walking distance from MLK Station, great restaurants/cafes, 1.5 miles from downtown and 1 mile from the University of Texas. 12 minute drive from the airport. Oreo has a private entrance, outdoor space, and porch and is a quiet retreat inside Central Austin with free convenient parking right out front. Enter through your own private gate and enjoy the greenery while you visit this fun city.

A two person studio space in Windsor Park Neighborhood - Private, tiny home, close to HEB and Dell Hospital. Modern furnishings, very clean, natural light, decorated with local, fine art. A friendly, tree-lined neighborhood, east of I-35, 4.5 mi from downtown. The space is 230 sq ft with a kitchenette and a queen size bed. We live in the main house on the property. Our guests stay here for work and family nearby. They take ride shares to Austin events downtown like ACL & SXSW and to COTA.

The space is outfitted with a small fridge, keurig coffee maker, and a full bathroom with shower. One sleeping space downstairs and an additional double bed in the loft. We are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and transit lines.
