My family of four (2 adults + 2 teens) loved our 4 nights here. The space was charming — decorated with pieces from local artisans; and the location was the ideal — private, but just around the corner from cafes, art, and the gorgeous sights of Sidi Bou Said. The kitchen was stocked with spices and tea (sadly, no coffee) and there was a washer/dryer, which we appreciated since we were caught in a rain storm. Overall, we highly recommend!

Accueil chaleureux de la part de Mr Moncef et son épouse, logement fidèle à la description, Propre, bien équipé et proche de toutes commodités (boulangerie , grande surface, Superette plage et restaurant) et facile à trouver. Mes enfants se sont bien amusés dans la piscine. Merci pour Mr Moncef et son épouse et le gardien et son chien.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette villa , L'hôte était accueillant et serviable, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des conseils sur les environs. La villa était magnifique, très propre et bien équipée, et la piscine était un vrai plus. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions encore l'hôte pour son hospitalité !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour tout était parfait le logement comme la description et moderne Pour nous accueillir on a vais une corbeille de fruits donc des fraises et les enfants étaient ravis Proche des commerces et restaurants Le plus la plage à côté

Un grand merci à Hamza et à sa maman pour leur accueil et leur hospitalité ainsi que la mise en service de la piscine au début de notre séjour. Un logement impeccable, très calme et très confortable avec les chants des oiseaux. Emplacement et logement à recommander absolument et très bien situé pour l’accès aux sites touristiques en voiture.

Jag rekommenderar att hyra denna villan i La Marsa Tunisien! Väldigt fin villa o läget är perfekt om man skall tag sig till Stränder runt omkring samt om man skall till Sidi Bou Said som tar cirka 10 minuter med bil eller om Man skall till Tunis som är 20 min med bil bara. Jag rekommenderar detta boende till dem som är flera eller mindre familj , man känner sig som hemma o väldigt rent var det i boendet Samt Mehdi o hans Pappa var väldigt hjälpsamma med allt från incheckning till utcheckning! Kommer jag tillbaka till Tunisien så är det denna villan jag kommer o hyra! Bästa boendet jag hyrt från AirBnb.

Villa est très belle et attrayante, l'endroit est plus que merveilleux et plus doux que les photos, merci à Mme Ben Ali pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse.

Bonsoir, Alors en ce qui concerne la Villa, elle est magnifique! Les chambres et toutes les pièces sont spacieuses, elle est aménagée comme si il y vivait dedans du coup elle fait pas vide. L’extérieur et d’autant plus jolie. Extrêmement bien illuminé avec des jeux de lumières sublimes la nuit. Piscine spacieuse, profonde, avec son toboggan et ses plongeoirs et surtout la cascade! Jardin avec gazon propre et bien équipé (table, jolie BBQ, balançoire…) En ce qui concerne Nabil, une personne accueillante, serviable! J’ai rien à dire sur la location de cette villa, je recommande même! (J’ai même pris une nuitée de plus tellement nous y étions a l’aise)

We booked the villa for our family gathering and were pleasantly surprised. We loved the warm welcome, the unique arabesque style and took memorable family photos and everyone enjoyed our dinner in the main dining room by the pool. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. We absolutely recommend it.

Très bon emplacement très grande maison propreté impeccable Seul quelques petits travaux s’entretient sont à prévoir ( Clim, plomberie dans les salles de bain , lumière extérieur défectueuse, portail pour la voiture qui ne marche pas ) Mais sinon très bon séjour je pourrais louer la maison skander est très gentil 😊

Wonderful property, fit perfectly for our requirements and met ALL expectations. Location is top tier with everything being within walking distance including the beach. But what made this trip was the home, WOW! Thank you for the absolutely warm welcome and fast response to all our requests. Would definitely recommend!

The villa has everything to make the stay pleasant. It's located in a very quite neighborhood, minutes away from the beach and all amenities. The private pool and the backyard are perfect for relaxing and spending great family time. The hosting team also made a significant difference on our experience as they were always available to answer questions and requests before, during and after our stay while being extremely friendly and professional.

As soon as you step foot into this home, you won’t want to leave!!! Every inch of the home is immaculate. All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. Thank you again to the incredible hosts, they make you feel right at home and are there for any need you may have! 🫶🏽

On a passé de bons Moments Chez Mr MOhamed Ali, l’appartement correspond très bien aux photos , le quartier est paisible très proche de la mer . C’était un séjour formidable. J’espère qu’on reviendra prochainement.
