Spacious loft apartment centrally located to downtown, Illinois College, the hospital, & the ball fields. Full kitchen, dining space for 4, plenty of comfy seating. This is an upstairs loft apartment with a staircase of 20 steps. Off street parking, internet and tv. Both bedrooms have room darkening curtains. Help yourself to the art & craft supplies during your stay. This is an average upper level apartment in an old historic building. While it’s not “new luxury”, it is spacious and comfy!

Full court basketball (can set up for pickleball upon request), party/entertainment room, kitchen, bathrooms and a finished loft for sleeping up to 17 guests. Play, cook, relax and sleep. Master bedroom has sheets, pillows/pillow cases, and comforter. For the five triple bunk beds, these will have sheets, pillows, and pillow cases. But you MUST bring your own blanket or sleeping bag.

We are in the heart of Jacksonville and a short walk or drive to all that Jacksonville has to offer. Walk to food, drinks and activities or just stay and enjoy the space.
