Subway access right in front of building. One of the best Viennese modern coffee shops is in the same building, offering pastry and sandwiches to the local crowd as well as its expat regulars.

Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.
