I stayed in this apartment for over a month, and I can confidently say it felt like home. Traveling with my dog, I was especially pleased that just 10 minutes away, there’s a dog playground. Also there are several coffee shops, and a large grocery store only a two-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including a well-stocked kitchen for home cooking. The internet works great if you also work online. Barbara and her husband are wonderful hosts—always kind and quick to assist with any issues. The location is fantastic, with the train taking just 12 minutes to reach the city center, making it incredibly convenient. I definitely recommend this place!

Die Unterkunft war super, tolle Lage. Sehr Zentral, die Unterkunft ist nahe der U3 und dem Museumsviertel. Wir konnten sehr viel einfach zu Fuss erledigen. Um die Ecke ist ein Spar Gourmet, und auch ein Burger-Restaurant das wir super fanden (Die Burgermacher). Auch sonst hat es viele Restaurant in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft (wir hatten Franzl) war sauber, und sehr gut ausgestattet (zb. Küche). Das Apartment ist sehr schön, hohe Decken, schöne grosse Kronleuchter, alles tip top, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Bin öfters in Wien zu besuch. Dieses Apartment gehört zu den top Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für mich persönlich. Kommen sicher wieder. Auch das Check-In problemlos, Clemens hat uns alles erklärt und wir konnten sogar früher ins Apartment. Was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit auch die Koffer zu deponieren. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert. :-) Wichtig zu wissen: - hat keinen Lift (für uns kein Problem)

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Lucia’s place. Everything was as Described, the check in was smooth. Comms were great and the place had everything I needed at hand. It was spotless and the views were just outstanding My go to for if ever I am back in Slovakia

Un’esperienza bellissima! Host sempre disponibile. Appartamento impeccabile, servito e a un passo dai trasporti. Il parcheggio coperto e privato una vera opportunità per stare tranquilli. Anche il nostro cane è stato alla grande! Ci tornerei subito e senza indugi.

Fantastic stay! Gabriele waited for us in the rain to receive us. We went to the wrong alley and managed to find the correct alley with Gabriele’s instructions. Gabriele welcomed us and gave us an introduction of the home. The home is very clean and neat. Love the sunroof. It’s abt 3-5 mins walk to tram station. Near to supermarket. The surroundings are peaceful. Recommended place to stay when u are in Vienna.

Mimo mroźnej pogody w Polanicy są możliwości świetnego spędzenia czasu. Dom posiadał wszystkie udogodnienia, gry i książki dodatkowo dały nam chwilę wytchnienia. Polecam bardzo to miejsce, blisko do każdej atrakcji

Ich wollte eigentlich nur eine Woche für mich, in der Natur, alleine Urlaub machen und suchte nach einer passenden Unterkunft. Sah die Bilder und buchte, ohne zu recherchieren. Wahrscheinlich sollte es so sein! Und! Es hatte alles übertroffen. Mein erster allein Urlaub war nicht nur wunderbar schön, an diesem besonderen Ort, sondern sollte mir auch noch ganz! viel mitgeben. Ich durfte Ernst kennenlernen, ein wunderbarer, liebesvoller und gebender Mensch 🙏 ich durfte die Erfahrung erleben, mit Ernst zu meditieren und Joga zusammen mit ihm zu machen. ☺️ Meine Tage mit wandern und radeln in den Bergen und an der Donau waren eindrucksvoll und Energie spenden. Aber noch viel mehr hat mich der Ort und Ernst, wo ich sein durfte, Energie und Freude geschenkt. Danke 🙏🍀

Tolle Lage des Hauses, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Große gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Wir haben einen tollen Jahreswechsel hier verbringen dürfen.

Krásný místo! Nejradši bych tam bydlela uz napořád:) host nas nechal ubytovat uz v poledne a check out jsme se mohli zas pozdeji, ubytovani jak na fotkách (dokonce jeste lepsi!), misto krasny, cítili jsme se tam hned jak doma. Urcite se vrátíme! Dekujeme :)

War wirklich ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es war alles Top sauber und auch so wie auf den Bilder zu sehen ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Es gab absolut keine Probleme weder beim Ein- oder beim Auschecken es hat alles Makellos geklappt. Ist auf alle Fälle eine Reise wert. 🔥

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Gastgeberfamilie spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft selber liegt in einem ruhigen Ort und verfügt auch über Wlan (das ist super wenn man am eigenem Laptop arbeiten möchte, eignet sich also zB für reisende Studenten).Man kann sich auch schön vor die Unterkunft hinsetzen, zb mit einer Tasse Kaffee. Im Ort gibt es gute Restaurants, die im Sommer mit etwas Mut direkt über den Wehr erreichbar sind (mit wasserfestem Schuhwerk). Wir konnten auch eine wunderschöne Fahrt mit einem Ruderboot über den Fluss Sazava machen. Die Umgebung bietet auch schöne Ausflugsziele an, so wie Schloss Zruc (erreichbar mit der Eisenbahn). Wer in der Natur wandern möchte, findet auch zahlreiche Möglichkeiten.

Sehr schönes, gut gepflegtes Ferienhäuschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Překrásný apartmán v klidné lokalitě u řeky, přitom velmi blízko centra Znojma. Poloha přímo vybízí k pěším výletům do centra, klidně několikrát denně, pokaždé jinou cestou. Krásně zařízený a skvěle vybavený byt. Parkování zdarma jen pár kroků od ubytování. Velice ochotná paní majitelka, na veškeré dotazy reagovala velmi rychle a vstřícně. Děkujeme.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans l'appartement de Tatiana. L'appartement est vaste et propose tout le confort souhaité. Il y fait calme et est idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Sa localisation est très bonne pour se rendre dans le centre de Vienne à pied ou en tram. La communication avec Tatiana a été parfaite durant tout le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! Merci pour tout Tatiana !

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

We stayed already the 2nd time, the apartment has all you need and the location is great to explore the city.

Had a great stay at Maria's. Matched the description and photos. Came in with luggage and had zero stairs from the parking spot to the apartment.

Not just a place to stay. We felt very much part of a "Family".. Christian was so Kind, answered all questions, provided a map of immediate neighbourhood (Bakery, grocery store, coin wash, etc.), mentioned tram tickets...and best ways to use them to get around. Was often there after or before hours to help, called a taxi on last morning, despite foot injury. Above and beyond Hosts! Very nice to have safe in Apartment as in others, Service to Change linens and towels once a week!
