Frannys house was spotless but very comfortable for me, my husband, and two school-aged children. The beds were VERY comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked with all instructions placed nearby. The house is filled with beautiful Native American art. The yard is large and spacious for stargazing and the kids playing. This air BNB is a total winner.

Beautiful secluded home yet close to town. Great for large families. The fireplace is gorgeous. Host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The comforts of home with the vacation we wanted. Michelle was amazing as was the house. If ever in Durango again we will book this cabin again.

Chelsea is an amazing host. She responded to all our questions on time. Had a very planned and well thought out experience for guests. She provided everything a traveling guest may need and may even forget to bring. It was an amazing stay experience. we loved the home.

This gem of a cabin was perfect for my husband and I to get away for relaxation and being refreshed. Very comfortable, in beautiful surroundings, quiet, well designed and supplied, yet close enough to be able to go see other places nearby (like Mancos and Dolores). The weather cooperated for a mid-July stay. Chelsea did a fantastic job of preparing the cabin and being available for any questions with quick responses. We would definitely stay again and would recommend for groups of 1-4 to choose.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I've stayed at numerous places in Colorado over my lifetime, and this one has to be the best. The location was ideal for us, and the place was fantastic. The views, the huge deck with an amazing hot tub, the spacious living area with enough seating for all 6 of us (and then some), the most amazingly stocked kitchen of any rental - the list goes on and on. The entire host team responded quickly and gave us local recommendations, as well. My father-in-law is already talking about bringing the grandkids next year! My dad told me several times a day what a great find I made. We all loved it so much and can't wait to return! Thanks for a great week!

We loved our stay at the Ranch. The place had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space and room to spread out. It was clean, nicely decorated and liked just like the photos. We had a group of 12 adults there to meet for a mediation and sacred site week. It was perfect. There are great places close by too to hike, eat and relax. Beautiful views and outdoor space too. Thank you!!!!

This is a very rustic gem away from everything, I absolutely loved how peaceful and quiet it was and I’ve never seen so many stars at night in my life! Elena was incredibly friendly and the hospitality was phenomenal!

I will recommend this location to anyone coming to the area. The views were spectacular, the house was beautiful, and the host was great. They even left eggs and coffee for us to use during our stay. We asked a few questions while staying there and they were very responsive. The sunrise in the morning was absolutely gorgeous! We went to Mesa Verde National park. Anyone looking to get a great BnB for the park, this is it! We wished we could have stayed our entire trip at this location!
