Everything worked, there were no problems. The place was clean and bigger than I expected. Stanley was very accommodating to allow us to check in early. A really good deal for that area!

Not much else you can say other than the word surreal. What a peaceful and stunning environment. Keep in mind you should definitely rent a car if you stay here, but it’s not too far from many incredible and unique towns in the area. If I could give this a 10/5 I would. An extra perk is having Hazel the cat come visit you at various points in the day. The pictures don’t even do the view justice. We had the best time and will be recommending this to anyone that tells us they want to visit Sanoma.

Amy is simply the best Airbnb host I’ve ever come across. She is delightful, friendly, very responsive, hugely helpful to help this 77-year-old being get her luggage up the stairs, always happy to see her when our paths cross. The space is lovely with amenities galore, upgraded television, and Office space, comfy bed, and I cannot recommend it more highly. I think this is my 10th stay

Pictures truly do not do it justice! The perfect wine country retreat for a long weekend. The shower, the bathtub (can you believe that mirror??) combined with the immaculate decor and brand new appliances were truly such a dream. Don’t get me started on the bed- like sleeping on a cloud! So perfect in every way! Megan was kind enough to coordinate an early check in for us and set out yummy snacks and chilled champagne upon arrival. Can’t wait to come back!

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

Quiet, sweet, comfortable place. Well-stocked -- beyond expectations. Delora was super kind and welcoming.

This is a condo run by a hotel management company so there were no wierd issues that you might (and usually do!) encounter at a personal home. Ligia was very upfront about the whole process. The only thing of note, there is not a lot of parking so if you're a multi-family, carpooling would be recommended. We didn't use any of the property's amenities.

Was a fantastic location and stay. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The studio is connected by one wall to the main house, but noise wasn't an issue.

"The perfect" Air B & B. I have stayed at many - and this is as close to perfect as it gets. The outside is truly a peaceful and beautiful sanctuary, the garage arcade room is over the top fun, and the interior furnishings are high quality / on point - with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen is well and thoughtfully stocked. I could go on and on (and I'm picky!) You can tell when a host puts heart and soul into designing and maintaining a great home- and this is one of them! Amazingly - despite being so peaceful - you are only 5 minutes away from downtown Sebastopol!

A wonderful, well appointed home in close proximity to Healdsburg Plaza. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, fully stocked gourmet kitchen and felt very comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend.

We really loved our stay. Our group was one couple, and two families each with one kid under 10 years old. The house is not giant but it is very well laid out and the enclosed patio / court yard in the middle feels like another living space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We almost never cook big meals when we go to an Airbnb but this kitchen looked so nice and well stocked we did cook a big meal on the last night and everything we needed was there. We loved walking to the beach and the restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet. The only very small thing to be aware of is that it’s on a busier road in the sub division and people drive a bit fast down it. So just be careful coming and going. We had no problem with road noise inside. Highly recommend and we hope to come back.

It's a nice place with super comfy beds and fancy bathrooms, as everyone says! Unfortunately the living/dining spaces and furniture are much less comfortable, the layout isn't the most conducive to spending time together, and the kitchen was missing some key items. To her credit, Hila was very responsive and even overnighted a box of missing supplies, and offered to fix issues quickly. But a lot of things weren't there as we needed them: a kettle, oven mitts, foil, the salt was almost out, only canola no olive oil, etc. While there were a lot of nice touches around the house, there were just as many small annoyances that felt like they wouldn't be tolerated if someone lived there. If you plan to spend most of the day out and just come back to sleep, wash up, and hot tub, this is perfect. If you want to cook and be cozy/comfy together, maybe not ideal? Perfect place for a small getaway. Not only was it a quiet neighborhood but the house had everything we could think of or need. The place felt like home and felt very cozy. Hilary was a great host and I would stay here again. If you want a quiet little house with a picturesque view of the redwoods this is your place!

Perfect house to connect with our kids, grandkids and granddogs. Plenty of room, everything was clean and the beach was fantastic. We would definitely rent this house again!

Quiet and right next to river access. Comfy beds, basic amenities.

Stay here for the amazing views! We would come back for the panoramic views alone. The main level living and dining area was the place to hang out basking in the sun drenched landscape, eating and playing games on the large dining table that can seat up to 10! The main level master bedroom has a very comfy king bed with plenty of drawer space for your things. The small master bath is updated and clean. There is a second guest bath also on the main level. However the guest bedroom is upstairs adjacent to the loft area that has a trundle bed and desk. So if your guest have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night they have to traps down the hardwood stairs. The guest room has a comfy king bed with closet. There is basement level down stairs as well that has an older hide-a bed couch. The gas fireplace is down at that lower level and the views are amazing are amazing down there as well. Beware though that right next door is a new home construction site in process.

Perfect location in the quaint town of Windsor! Short drive to the Windsor Green, Healdsburg Square, and wineries. The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Very friendly very reasonable. If i had questions he answered right away. Always a smile.

Nice space, great for groups! Call ahead to make sure they adjust the two twins into the queen. And the time share folks will push hard, stand firm!

Logan was great to work with. He was always quick to respond to emails. The condo was perfect for our visit, the pools were great and the location was what made this place somewhere we will come back to.

I loved staying here! There was so many things available to do in the area! Be warned though the welcome desk will try to talk you into going to a timeshare meeting. Overall it was a great place to stay!

This resort is perfect for a wine tasting weekend! It’s super close to so many wineries and centrally located to both Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. There’s also a full kitchen in case you want to make meals. It’s a great deal!
