It is a private 400 sqft, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage with a kitchen, set back from the road and surrounded by pastures and trees. 1 King-size bed in the bedroom 1 Queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the Living room This cottage is one of the three cottages on our 16-acre property. Walk out of the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of land. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking ware, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.

Comfortable antique cabin in the countryside. One bedroom with twin beds, and loft with full mattress accessed by ladder. Bath with shower and kitchenette with micro, fridge, stove, toaster and coffee maker. In ground swimming pool. Rear porch and yard look out on pastureland with cattle, goats, poultry, and sometime the horse. Pond fishing available. Convenient to I-20. Cabin is over 150 years old and rustic. It is very small, but has what you need. Small Roku TV and Comcast internet.

The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. Celebrate outdoor living with the deck, and comfortable outdoor chairs providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the weather. Minutes from shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, the Columbia County Library and the Evans Towne Center Park.
