Moab Valley: aluguel por temporada de townhouses

This was our 8th trip to Moab and Andrea’s place was the best bang for the buck we have had yet. The house has everything you need(with labeled locations), comfortable beds, a great little garage and ample parking thanks to the two extra spots in front of the house. The pool and play ground are close by, and the house has great views from the patio. We had no complaints during our trip and will happily be back in the future.

Great stay, just outside the “busier” part of town. Right off the highway, but peaceful and quiet once inside. Plenty of parking in garage. Clean surfaces, clean smelling linens, comfortable seating, working fridge and washer dryer. No complaints.

Comfortable condo, mostly quiet, beautiful views

We spent a week at Valerie's place while mountain biking the trails around Moab. Everything was great, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again when we'll come to Moab in the future.

Wonderful place to stay. Open and spacious. Easy walking distance to downtown Moab including restaurants and activities. Pool available. Great outdoor tables for eating and relaxing. Large garage to hold mountain bikes. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Kristen's townhome was a great base for our mountain biking trip. The garage with bike rack was great for storing the bikes at the end of each day. The property was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It's close enough to town, about a 5 minute drive to the south end of restaurants. The views are great and the courtyard patio is the perfect spot to chill in the shade.

Great place for a family vacation. House was clean and had everything we needed. Close to downtown Moab and a great base for adventuring in the area. Host was responsive and made everything easy.

This home is in a beautiful setting with amazing views of the Lassale Mountains out the front living room window. The location has a huge driveway and alot of room to navigate turning and parking a trailer. The trailer parking is a major draw for me so I thought it valuable to share. Mark's communication has been great and attentive. The house is clean and well maintained. If your family is into pool activities, the pool is literally across the road. This is a great place to stay in Moab and is just about the same cost as a hotel room. This will be my new go to on our return trips to Moab.

Great place close to the Main Street in Moab. Views were nice too! We used the kitchen and found everything to be working and well set up for our family. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in town.

Spacious, looks like pictures. Newish condo construction. Well appointed with lots of kitchen stuff if you want to cook. About 10 minutes on the edge of town and 20 minutes fromArches, but straight road and minimal traffic.

Jenna's place is spacious, comfortable, private and a great place to relax after a day of hiking or mountain biking around beautiful Moab.

The townhouse was very comfortable and well-maintained. It was perfect for our family of 4. Allison and April were very responsive during our stay. We accidentally left something behind when we checked out, and they went out of their way to ship those items back to us. They were extremely gracious and nice about it. Lovely place, great hosts!

Lexy provided exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. It was just outside of town which we liked. She was very responsive to questions and in a timely manner. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We had the best time in Moab and enjoyed staying at Ashley’s place. Area was great and place was very clean. Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Ashley!

The Rock Krawler was exactly as described. Had everything they promised and it was so nice to arrive at a place as clean and well appointed as it appeared in the photos. Our kids used the community pool/hot tub and we were able to enjoy both the national parks and rock crawling. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy some meals in while we were convenient to both groceries and restaurants. There were plenty of books and pamphlets about outdoor experiences nearby and the hosts answered our questions promptly. They even had some coolers and 2 camp chairs for our use. Our son enjoyed doing some night photography in the quiet culdesac we were in with the beautiful mountains in the background. There are lots of off road vehicles and trucks, but nobody was loud after hours, everyone was polite and it was a great experience both in accomodations and location.

Kent's place is located outside of main Moab but close enough for a quick drive to restaurants and stores. The open floor plan of his place made it comfortable for our family. The heated pool was enjoyed, even in the cold weather. The place was clean and kitchen fairly well-stocked. We will stay here again when visiting Moab.

This was our first family trip since 3 of my 4 kids moved out of the house and by far one of our favorites! Christine’s place was better than being at home because everyone had their own space and nothing was “mom’s” responsibility. Christine had everything the adult kids could need. Everyone felt right at home. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, cookware, and a cooler, basketball, and pool float tube available for our use during the stay. It was seriously perfect. Not once did I hear “mom did you bring…” because everything they needed was provided. It was clean, well stocked, well decorated, and I loved how my kids could join the reservation and get all the same updates I got so I didn’t have to communicate everything. We had an absolute blast in Moab and coming “home” at the end of the busy days of play was relaxing! The master bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in away from home. One of my favorite things was that we did not have to clean anything. Just pack and go.

The place was fantastic. It's right outside of Moab so you don't feel like you're in the middle of all of the tourism but it is still close enough that everything is very accessible. It was perfect for our day trips to Arches and Canyonlands and the space was clean and well-stocked so that we could enjoy time there too. You also can't beat that view. I would definitely recommend staying here, it was easy and comfortable!

Shawn is truly a superstar host. We couldn't have been happier with our stay in Moab. Of course, the location was beautiful. The home was perfect for our group of ten. The number and arrangement of bedrooms/beds suited our needs. The spacious kitchen with indoor and outdoor tables along with the large living room were really nice. But it was Shawn's thoroughness and helpfulness that really made our vacation great. Every area was fully stocked with necessities and more. The kitchen spaces were clearly labeled so things were easy to find. There was information about local activities and restaurants. Shawn was quickly responsive when we experienced a problem unrelated to the home. We would highly recommend this home.
