This first floor Room offers a smart TV, seating areas and good closet space on the way to the good size bath with large, tall shower. Close to eating and gathering area. Halpino is close to downtown and the courthouse, a block and a half from Duff Green, the most affordable option in the Duff Green family of properties. You can walk down for breakfast and a tour at Duff or walk downtown for dinner or libation.

The Happy Place

Our Happy Place is bright, cheery and very comfortable. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon overlooking the spacious backyard and bird feeders. Don’t be surprised by a visit from our 2 rescued Terrior pups or one of our two cats! 2 block walk to Old Town, 3 blocks to the Harbor/beach and 4 blocks to the Amtrack Station! If coming in by train we can try to set up a pickup. Our quiet Cottage is perfect for couples, singles or business travelers. Come see us!
