3명이서 묵었는데 넓고 쾌적하게 이용했습니다. 주변에 이온도 편의점도 있고 주차이용도 되어서 좋았습니다

친구 셋이서 골프 겸 여행 가면서 이용했는데, 시내와 다소 거리는 있지만 저흰 렌트를 해서 그다지 상관없었습니다. 숙소 깔끔하고 2명 또는 3명이 사용하기 너무 좋습니다

great hostel. it’s literally a japanese apartment designed room. facilities are cool that we even made a dinner in the last night. pretty sure its gna be my best hotel i lived so far

the apartment is tidy and clean. The kitchen is not too big but has everything I need. The water is strong and hot for a bath. There are many restaurants, and supermarkets open around and some are open until midnight. The location although is not in the center but quiet. There are bus stops and train in walking distance and convenience. I like the apartment and will stay again if I back FUK.

房間是全新的，各樣細節都很到位，生活設備齊全，唯一缺點就是沒有洗衣機，如果配上就更適合長時間屋住了

Super spacious room! Place was just like the photos in the profile. Located near lots of good restaurant and the station. It's a pity that the bed is a bit little for 2 people and can’t watch YouTube on TV but these are just minor problem. Will definitely come back again next time!

위치도 만족하고 역 주변에 있어서 도보 이동도 편합니다. 입퇴실 안내도 상세하게 진행하고 좋았습니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋습니다

4인가족 여행으로 이 숙소를 선택했습니다. 황금연휴에 일본 현지도 연휴가 겹쳐 호텔 예약이 쉽지 않았는데, 결과적으로 호텔보다도 좋은 선택이였습니다. 침대4개가 있는 방을 구하기 쉽지 않은데, 여기는 침대가 충분하고 거실도 따로 있어서 가족이 생활하기에 충분했습니다. 청결과 더불어 간단한 요리를 할 수 있는 식기류, 세면도구까지 잘 구비되어 있었습니다. 위치는 오히려 텐진 번화가와 살짝 떨어져 있다는 점이 가족을 모시고 가기에 조용한 분위기라서 좋았습니다.

５人家族（私、妻、子ども３人）で利用させてもらいました。 今回初めて利用させていただきましたが、施設、利便性、価格帯、全てにおいて大満足の滞在でした。ホストの方は非常に親切かつ丁寧で、やり取りも迅速かつスムーズ。お部屋は清潔感があり、細部まで配慮が行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。 特に今回の旅の主目的の１つがららぽーと福岡のキッザニアだったので、徒歩数分で行けてとてもよかったです。最終時間ギリギｒまで遊んでもすぐ帰って休めるので全力で楽しめました。 また次回もぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

很好的住宿体验，性价比非常高，非常干净。只是大门入口的密码要花一点时间才能加载出来。一楼到二楼是只有楼梯的。

아이들 부모님 모시고 갔는대 조용한동네에 한적하니 좋았습니다. 두군대 역이 근접해있어서 편리했습니다. 어머님이 가장 기억에 남았던 여행이 숙소에서 지냈던거라고 하시네요.

Located in an area with plenty of izakaya and bars around, which we enjoyed. No noise at all throughout the night.

駅からのアクセスもよく、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。スムーズな対応をしていただき、ありがとうございました。

The AirBnb is a short walk to the Hakata Station, which has a lot of restaurants and shopping around it. If you have a car, there is a parking garage right in front of the building. Will definitely look into staying here again when I come back to Fukuoka!

Very nice place to stay at. It’s like 2 stops away from Hakata station. Actually quite a walk from the station for older people. Took 15min… other than that really love the place! Will do book again! 👍🏻

房子设施虽不崭新不过齐全，距离地铁口很近，旁边有便利店，整体满意，方便

텐진의 경우 환승을 해야하지만 하카타의 경우는 한번에 갈 수 있습니다. 하지만 지하철 탑승 시간만 보면 20분 정도 였고 열차 시간에 맞춰가면 주요 관광지와 거리가 멀지 않아서 너무 좋았어요! 숙소 주변에 식당, 술집, 편의점, 마트 모두 있어 편했습니다! 궁금한점 물어보면 바로 답변 해주시고 숙소를 이용하는데 불편한 점은 없었습니다! 멀티탭이 있어서 전기를 사용할 때 문제없었습니다. 후쿠오카 여행할 때 편하게 잘 이용했습니다

朝の散歩にもよい場所だったし、何より部屋が広くとても快適に過ごすことができました。

住宅非常大足夠我們5個男人的生活。房間整潔整齊光亮距離博多站到非常方便大概行路8-10分鐘左右。整體體驗非常好。

숙소도 넓고, 엄청 깨끗했습니다! 위치도 하카타 역에서 가까워서 좋았구요ㅋㅋ 그리고 추가로 입실하시는 분들께 꿀팁 드리자면... 받으시는 열쇠로 방 문 여실때 문 손잡이 위 아래의 패킹을 여셔서 둘다 열쇠를 따셔야지 열립니다. 그리고 문이 자동으로 잠기지 않으니 주의하세요!!!

일본에서 사는 듯한 느낌이 들 정도로 집같이 편안했습니다! 주변도 이쁘고 평화롭고 숙소도 깔끔했습니다! 다시 방문할 의향 있습니다☺️

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic necessities provided. The location was convenient, within easy reach of Hakata Station. The stay was comfortable.

Shengxin was a great host. We enjoyed our stay here in Fukuoka. Conveniently located in a residential area close to public transit. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Recommended.
