Come and enjoy a quiet, country R&R in an original tobacco barn converted into 4 separate living units. Located 15 miles from Huntington, WV and 30 miles from Gallipolis, OH. Enjoy your coffee or favorite drink on front porch swing or on the secluded back porch. The back porch is so peaceful with a beautiful view of the property and if we have had a good rain, the sound of water flowing down the ravine. You may even see our goats roaming the hillside. Fire pit, picnic area and flower garden!

This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. The Hemlock House is a newly restored 1920's era home nestled on 3 wooded acres just outside of town with no houses within 500 ft in any direction. Under new management! This sweet studio guest cottage is less than 1 mile from I64. With roughly 300 sq feet, we are conveniently located between Charleston and Huntington. Guest may enjoy a quaint outdoor space which features a propane firepit and a shared grill. The cottage is located next to the main home, but is disconnected for your privacy.
